The theoretical part includes definitions of selected economic analyses. The practical part is devoted to introducing the analyzed company and its competitors, followed by the application of selected analyses. The final section deals with suggestions for improving the economic situation.

The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical foundations of economic performance of the company, including the definition of efficiency and its types, challenges in evaluation, and modern approaches to evaluation of efficiency. The second part focuses on the analysis of the financial situation of the company and identification of key issues. In the third part, measures to improve the financial situation of the company are proposed and the results of these measures are calculated. The results of the thesis provide a comprehensive view of the current situation of the company and offer practical recommendations for its future development.

This bachelor thesis is based on „Impacts of the coronavirus pandemic on the economic situation of selected business entity“ in the years 2016-2020. The theoretical part summarizes the findings regarding the coronavirus pandemic and analyzes the individual indicators of financial analysis, which are used in the analytical part. The analytical part contains the describes the company to which the formulas from the theoretical part were applied. The aim of this work is to evaluate impacts of the pandemic on the selected winery and compare them with a competing company and the indistry avarage. The last part contains suggestions form improving the situation of the company.

The diploma thesis is focused on evaluating the performance of the company KOHUT Třinec s.r.o. in period from 1. 4. 2007 to 31. 3. 2011. Evaluation is made by using selected indicators of financial analysis, namely pyramidal decompositions and systems of purposefully selected indicators. The theoretical part contains the definition of basic concepts for understanding the issues examined. Based on financial analysis in the practical section are made possible suggestions to improve the current situation of the company and suggestions to remove the identified problems.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is to analyse current financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company and to design a proposal for improvement of its financial situation. The thesis is divided into three main parts: theoretical, analytical and practical. The first part deals with the theoretical background of the topic. The next part focuses on the investigation of problem areas using the financial analysis method during the period of years 2009 to 2013. The third part outlines the possibilities to advance the financial situation of Figarostav s.r.o. company based on the implemented analysis.

The theoretical part describes financial analysis, sources of data for financial analysis and the methods used. Analysis of current situation analyses the current situation of the company based on the methods described in the theoretical part. Possible solutions to the problematic parts of the company are presented at the end of the thesis.
