This thesis deals with the evaluation panel economical house. The evaluation mechanism is selected, an energy audit that assesses buildings in terms of energy, economic and environmental. Individual measures were designed to improve the properties of the building. Individual measures have been put together in two variants. And evaluation.
Small apartment building

Assignment of this bachelor's thesis was to create a project of small apartment building situated in urban area without further specification of location. Undeveloped estate in Vsetín, Rokytnice, has been chosen. In surrounding, there are blocks of flats mostly with 3+1 apartments, but market demand of these days in this area is increasing for smaller apartments due to lack of them there. This thesis contains initial proposal of object, processing of studies, design solution and project documentation of planning permission including thermal technique calculation and fire protection report. The result is two-floor apartment building with three usual flats and one special purposed apartment. Object is walled by Porotherm ceramic tiles, ceilings are from monolithic ribbed reinforced concrete. The roof is flat, single skin, with waterproofing layer from bitumen sheet.

The Bachelor thesis deals with the processing of project documentation in the municipality Hutisko – Solanec. The project documentation and attachments are processed according to the current legislation, regulations and standards. The apartment building is situated on a parcel 362/1, which falls within the cadastral area of Hutisko – Solanec. The land is linked to the transport and technical infrastructure. This apartment building consists of four residential units. Each unit is designed for housing of 4 to 5 people. In the basement there are parking spaces for each apartment one. The ground area of the building is 308 square meters. The supporting structure is designed from the POROTHERM. The building is covered by an arched roof and the supporting structure consists of trusses. The apartment building is situated on a land slope and is embedded into it.
Apartment building Brno-Líšeň

A study of a apartment building in the city of Brno Lisen address new areas for housing, which is located in close proximity to residential buildings, houses and woods. The gently sloping land with a total area of 41,546 m with six residential buildings, which are always two apartment buildings linked by a joint partly recessed garages. The work is addressed only one residential building neighboring building floor plan is identical. The only exception is mirrored staircase and an elevator due to terrain configuration and the very entrance to the building. The building has four floors with a flat roof. A distinctive architectural feature is gradually rebounding south facing terraces oriented in nature. The building provides us with new opportunities and spaces for living. The first above-ground floor there is also space for rent, as well as in other areas for bicycles and strollers. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment building on the south side of the land is a rest area and playground area for pedestrians. Link between the two apartment houses is used as a walkable roof, allowing relaxation. In the northern part of the site is to arrive partially recessed garage and outdoor parking spaces along the tertiary roads
Reinforced Concrete Frame - Design of Selected Part of the Building

The thesis is focused on an assessment of existing structures at the four-storey apartment building. The supporting system design consists of a monolithic reinforced concrete skeleton. The subjects of assessment are girders, columns, beams and continuous slab. Another part of the project focuses on the design for reconstruction of nonconforming elements, which are the girders and beams. The work includes the development of structural analysis and reinforcement drawings of reconstructed elements.

This bachelor thesis deals with the construction and the technological phase of the implementation of floors in an apartmant complex „Sladké město“, located in northwestern suburbs of the town of Olomouc. The main part of the work are technological regulations for self-leveling floor and the floor of the anhydrite. Further, the bachelor thesis deals with the situation of wider relations, principles of organization of construction, suggestion of machine composition, inspection and test plan, healt and safety at work and itemized budget with the time schedule.
Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Architecture, emanating from philosophy of design, shows the concept of arrangement of eight volumes with a free pattern which generates the maximum amount of open and light space. Structure of the plot is composed of seven apartment buildings and solitary villa. Design of residential complex consists of clear line of public and semi-public space, which complements urbanism of this design. Mass of objects respects the surrounding scale and thereby does not interfere with the surrounding nature and buildings. Functional filling includes a residential function with using of the surrounding area. The layout of the building is designed as a three tracts with four above-ground floors and one underground floor. In the first three above-ground floors are designed two housing units and in a fourth above-ground floor is one housing unit. Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Urban Risen Solution parcel located on the street Pasture in the city of Brno chimney. The property is located on the edge of the city district and directly continues the surrounding forest, which is on the east side. The plot is an avenue of chestnut trees that proposal preserves intact. Oklí are good amenities. In its narrowest surroundings there are elementary school and kindergarten with their priľahlími Sports and satellites family townhouses on the south side of the property. After the eastern and northern boundary leads IMPORTANT relaxing walking routes on which the proposal responds through-beds, and a "restoration" of pastures, which once was located here. The shell is insulated with thermal insulation with a thickness of 200 mm. Area building openings is minimized on the north facade and vice versa is open to south and west facades, which benefits the passive energy gain. These construction holes are filled with high quality aluminum windows and doors with Triple glazing. On the frame is attached a separate steel construction porches and balcony. This concept allows a perfect insulation shell fired by a separate steel structures unheated porch and balcony, and hence a considerable degree of energy efficiency.

This thesis deals with the valuation of property in connection with mortgage financing. First chapters are devoted to analyzing the current state of the real estate market and mortgage financing in Czech Republic. The second half focuses on the specifics of valuing real estate as mortgage collateral. The last chapter consists of a practical working example of a apartment building valuation.
