Transmission Diagnostic Tool
Škvarka, Jakub ; Řehák, Kamil (referee) ; Prokop, Aleš (advisor)
This master's thesis focuses on the development of a tool for diagnosing transmission systems in programming language Python. The aim of this work is to create a flexible software solution that enables data acquisition and analysis primarily from gearboxes using the LAN-XI analyser, which is adaptable to the individual needs of the user and allows for process automation. The developed tool fully replaces conventional software, providing opportunities for automation and customization of the data acquisition process. The thesis also presents a specific example of the tool's application on real data from a technical experiment, demonstrating its functionality and practical use.
Generator of Analysers of Documents Defined by RELAX NG
Šimonek, Jan ; Janoušek, Vladimír (referee) ; Martinek, David (advisor)
This bachelor's thesis deals with automatization of XML loading. This is accomplished by a generator of XML analyser. The generator (translator) takes a XML scheme in RELAX NG and it produces analyser in C++. The generated analyser is capable of unmarshalling and validating data from XML, providing access to the data and marshalling the data back to XML. Usability of this process is demonstrated on examples. Theory of the XML, XML schema languages and validation is also discussed.
Adjustment of diagnostic instrument Array Reader C-series
Čičatka, Michal ; Hesko, Branislav (referee) ; Mézl, Martin (advisor)
Thesis deals with actualization of application for adjustment of the chemical analyser Array Reader C-series developed by company BioVendor. At the beginning it defines and sorts out chemical analysers; then describes their physical principles. Following chapters sum up knowledge about microarray analysis and describes it’s chemical and physical principles. Furthermore, the thesis deals with quality and it’s management and machine adjustment. In the thesis is also mentioned .NET Framework – software platform that will be used in the practical part of the thesis. At the end of the theoretical part is described Array Reader C-series. Practical part documents current application for adjusting the analyser. Based on personal experiences with the adjusting application was created and thoroughly described concept of a new adjusting application. Main task of this new concept should be simplification and automatization of the adjusting process. After that implementation of the new concept is described including automatation processes. In the end of this thesis both original and new versions are compared with regards to time consumption and user experience. Newer version of the application was evaluted as better than it's previous version in light of time consumption and user experience. Application was expanded for fluorescent analyzer and for both types of analyzers were developed derivated applications for service adjustment. Each of these applications was implemented to the software of BioVendor company and is used on daily basis.
Computer Simulation of Quadrupole Mass Filter
Kandra, Mário ; Kolářová, Jana (referee) ; Hejč, Jakub (advisor)
At our thesis, we deal with problematics of mass spectrometry. First, we are trying to explain basic physical principles, which are used by quadrupole filter or are appearing in concomitant phenomenons. In following section we will describe theoretical nature of quadrupole mass filter, stabilization and optimalization of device. Main focus of this thesis is dedicated to simulation of quadrupole mass filter and influence of parameters on trajectory of ion movement.
?Implementace algoritmu pro nalezení palindromu v DNA nukleotidových sekvencích
Diviš, Jan
This bachelor thesis focuses on the refactoring of the Palindrome Analyser tool’s code, whose algorithms and data structures are outdated and require updating. The aim of this work is to enhance the tool’s efficiency, reliability, and extendability through the use of new solutions and frameworks, as well as modernizing and supplementing missing tests to achieve proper functionality of the entire tool.

Technical Means of Drug Control in Traffic.
ŠPALEK, Dušan
ABSTRACT The topic of the diploma thesis bears the title Possibilities of using technical means of narcotics checks in road traffic. The thesis endeavours to describe, compare and evaluate searching methods that are used in road checks for habit-forming drugs by public officials. The theoretical part is focused on the description of individual groups of habit-forming drugs and their effects on the human organism. Further, the theoretical part contains an overview of the most frequently used analytic methods. The practical part deals with the questions of detection aids used by the traffic police in the Czech Republic. Based on the methodology used, which included research in domestic and foreign sources and a structured interview, all the information obtained was thoroughly evaluated and it illustrates the substance of the topic. This diploma thesis is structured in such a way that enables its use by police units and other organisations that take part in fighting the use of habit-forming drugs. The thesis can be also a contribution for tuition as study material.
