Legal régime of agricultural and fores land

This rigorosum thesis deals with the overall legal regime of lands, than not only the regime of their protection, but the main attention is paid to agricultural and forest lands. The main objective of this thesis is to approach the interrelationship between effective and previous legislation and their legal evaluation. In the publication is referred to proposed changes that could solve or at least mitigate the problems of the lawful regulation, and also is referenced to the case law of the courts, which helps to interpret unclear issues. Considering that the issue of lands is assorted into a complex system, the purpose of the thesis is to define the basic institutes of land law and try to remove the inconsistent regulation of soil protection in a number of pieces of legislation. The introductory chapter sets out the main objectives to be achieved in the thesis and also contains a summary of the motivational reasons that helped in choosing the thematic area. The second part, entitled "Overview of legal sources of land law", is devoted to individual legal regimes in the field of soil protection at the national, European and international levels, which it names and states their historical context. Possibilities of agricultural land fund protection in the Czech Republic and abroad

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis was to create a literary research describing the possibilities of the agricultural land resources protection in the Czech Republic and worldwide. At its beginning, this bachelor´s thesis covers basic information on land and continues on to the analysis of the land resources in the Czech Republic as well as worldwide. It further presents the issue of the legislative protection of the land resources. A comprehensive chapter of this thesis concerns the topic of land degradation while mainly focusing on the agricultural land take. An integral part of the thesis is represented by the themes of the agricultural land pricing and a land prices development overview covering different years. It further assesses the protection of the agricultural land resources from different viewpoints. The thesis concludes with an assessment of measures suitable for the protection of the agricultural land resources.
Preparation work for complex land consolidation projects

This bachelor thesis deals with preparatory and exploratory works, that forego projecting of complex land improvements. These works has been implented in accordance with valid methodology of land improvements. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one is literary research, that contains approaching the issue of land improvements, updating bonitated soil ecological units and protecting agricultural land resources. The second part of this thesis is reserved for detailed survey of cadastral territory of Zvíkov u Lišova. In the territory, there are described natural conditions, road network, hydrological regime of the lanscape and erosion threads.

The Czech Republic underwent in recent years a huge increase in construction of photovoltaic power plants. The aim of this thesis was to identify and evaluate varios photovoltaic power plants in the area of České Budějovice and in the area of municipality of Trhové Sviny in terms of the impact of the buildings on their environment. The selcted photovoltaic power plants werw classifild according to their influence on the surrounding landscape.
The cooperation of the land plan and complex land consolidation with suggestion of the common facilities

There is solved the cooperation of the land plan and complex land consolidation fot three different cadastral areas - Krtely, Malovičky and Podeřiště. These cadastral areas come under the administration of the community Malovice. The complex land consolidation and land plan were initiated in different order nad in defferent years. The land consolidatin for the cadastral area Krtely was initiated in 1992, for Malovičky in 2005 and for Podeřiště in 2007. Moreover, each project has been prepared by the different design office. The result of the diploma thesis is the assessment of the cooperation during different conditions and also the assessment of the processing quality of single projects.
