The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to propose a strategy for the reconstruc-tion of the accommodation management, which will lead to increased competitive-ness. It uses external and internal analysis to suggest changes to the accommoda-tion. Firstly, literary research has been carried out, which deals with the concepts of tourism and management, followed by the analytical and design part. In the analytical part, through the PESTE analysis and the Porter model of the five driving forces, an environmentally friendly environment has been identified and, through an expanded 8P marketing mix, complemented by a questionnaire survey, strengths and weaknesses as well as information that people would like to see as part of the facility. In the questionnaire, 150 respondents were addressed via an online questionnaire as well as in person. Some questions were based on the 4C marketing mix. Subsequently, a SWOT matrix was set up to identify some strategic objectives. The resulting strategy has been built on the 8P extended marketing mix and focuses on increasing competitiveness, improving quality, and raising awareness of the accommodation facility.
Strategy of input of Centropen Company on Chinese market

The company Centropen should consider expansion into foreign markets due to domestic market saturation. Successful foreign market penetration is not possible without deep analysis of target country. The goal of this thesis is to formulate entry strategy based on 4C analysis that includes Competition, Country, Cost and Customers perspectives at the Chinese market. This analysis help answering two research questions. The first one is focused on entry requirements to the Chinese market, the second one is the identification of proper entry strategy to this market for Centropen. The analysis was done using public secondary data sources (databases of CzechTrade, Ministry of Foreign affairs Czech Rep., BusinessInfo, Sinovia or Sovereign) at first. Secondly, Chinese market experts (from CzechTrade and Mr. Hrdina from Zdas company) were interviewed. The results of analysis showed that the proper entry strategy seem to be an export with establishing a representative office in Shanghai. The product should be global with some specification for the Chinese market. The differentiation strategy based on quality production of blowing felt-tip pens can be the way for competitiveness.

Diploma thesis deals with the strategic company analysis. First part is about charac-terisation of strategy and methods of internal and external strategic analysis. These methods are PEST analysis, 4C analysis, sector analysis, Porter's five forces model, analysis of business resources and financial analysis. Second part of the work is practical aplication of these methods on the specific business entity.

This dissertation is focused on process of a strategic analysis of a company, including analysis of an internal and an external environment. Its aim is to work out the strategic analysis of Secar Bohemia, a.s., to evaluate company's current situation of its market and to indentify all factors which could affect its development in future. It is divided into two parts: a theoretical part which contains theoretical basis (PEST analysis, 4C analysis, Porter's model, Checkup of the internal resources) and a practical part which apply that theoretical knowledge in Secar Bohemia,a.s. The output of the dissertation is to suggest the strategy and recommendations for futher development of that company.

Theoretical part of the graduation thesis focuses on describing strategy of a company and methods used in the external and internal analysis of the company, such as PEST analysis, analysis 4C, SWOT analysis, Porter's analysis. The main goal of the practical part of the thesis is to describe concrete company and analyze it's internal and external surrounding. At he end of the thesis there are written recommendations for company and strategy.
