Design of system model of L23 Blanik sailplane
Šenkýř, Miroslav ; Mališ, Michal (referee) ; Urík, Tomáš (advisor)
The aim of this diploma thesis is to create useful reference models of the glider L-23 Super Blaník and their use for framework proposal technology of production, which will improve accuracy and reduce labor intensity of production. The introduction of the thesis describes history of glider and historical overview of geometry transmission in terms of structure. The next chapter of the thesis deals with the description of reference models and rules of their creation. Section describing coordinate systems is closely linked with the previous chapter. Another section of thesis is dedicated to the importance of reference models in the product lifecycle. The creation and tuning of reference models of glider is described in the next chapter of thesis. The penultimate chapter deals with experiment, which allowed verification of reference model and product. The conclusion of the thesis describes proposed technology of production where used verified reference models and modern tools of CAD systems refine and facilitate production. The main objective in designing of reference models was the definition of high quality and usable surfaces. Also proposal technology of production was processed in order to ensure the improvement and simplification of manufacturing process.
Population and spatial dynamics of Winter Damselflies (Odonata: Lestidae)
Jablonická, Zuzana ; Harabiš, Filip (advisor) ; Kadlec, Tomáš (referee)
The main subject of this study was Sympecma fusca, damselfly species representing life history with many specific adaptations. One of the unique adaptation is overwintering in adult life stage outside the water habitat. The aim of this thesis is to analyze distribution of this species in terrestrial environment, as well as changes in abundance during the season. Sympecma fusca is common winter damselfly in Czech Republic, occurring on variety of still freshwater habitats with rich vegetation. During overwintering this species actively searching for micro-habitats situated in terrestrial environment, providing shelter and reducing the mortality risks. Capture-Mark-Recapture Method was applied to describe the population dynamics of this species. The experimental part was divided into two periods: pre-reproductive (autumn) and reproductive (spring). Subsequent analysis provide estimation of total number of individuals in population during season. The results showed significant habitat preference of ecotones between forest and meadow over forest and open habitats. However, this preference was confirmed only during pre-reproductive period, the time when imagoes were looking for suitable shelter for the overwintering. These findings can be used to in understand the habitat preference of this species, but also general factors that can affect its abundance.

Methodology of building IS in service-oriented architecture environment
Hauptvogl, Roman ; Buchalcevová, Alena (advisor) ; Matiaško, Karol (referee) ; Richta, Karel (referee)
Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) together with Enterprise Architecture (EA) has became a main essence on the way to improve an alignment between business and IT representatives. The result of this alignment should be an increased efficiency of delivering IT projects in the company. Last decade it was the number one declined word in many companies. But most of them found out that SOA did not bring them expected results. The thesis deals with the methodology of building information systems and information and communication technology (IS/ICT) in SOA environment. It is a part of the research plan of the Department of Information Technologies of University of Economics in Prague. The main objective of the thesis is to extend the methodological framework MeFIS2 to add methodical pattern "Building IS in service-oriented architecture environment". In the analytical part of the thesis are presented and analyzed selected methodologies and standards focused on service orientation with aim to assist in the implementation of SOA into companies. A large amount of such methodologies and standards have been unveiled what leaded to a confusing information labyrinth. It's one of the reasons why standardization organizations gradually began to issue additional standards and methodologies to assist in the proper implementation of SOA into companies. The main part of work is to extend methodological framework MeFIS, so that it can be used to create a methodological pattern for building IS/ICT in SOA environment. The result of this section is to achieve the main goal to create a methodological pattern "Building IS in service-oriented architecture environment". In the practical part is the proposed methodological pattern applied in the real case study in the environment of telecommunication operator.
