This thesis deals with the integration of the Vietnamese community in the Czech Republic which has its specifics and significantly differs from the integration of other foreigners living in the Czech Republic. The characteristics of the Vietnamese community are for example the high percentage of those who live here on the permanent residence permit, then very low unemployment and at last the majority of the community is doing their own business on the trade licence. The other important part is the issue of the acquisition of knowledge of the Czech language. The theoretical part of the thesis firstly defines the number of Vietnamese living in the Czech Republic, historical development of this community and their characteristics. Then the thesis deals with the term of integration; this term is properly defined and the particular dimensions of integration are described as well. The end of the theoretical part describes the particular types of residences, which foreigners can obtain. OUTSOURCING OF IT WORKERS IN CZECH LABOUR MARKET IN 2015

This thesis focuses on current very important and widespread IT sector on the Czech labor market and discusses the frequent solutions to the problems of IT workers employment: outsourcing. The theoretical part of this work solves development and overall approach to outsourcing. The practical part includes the legal framework of outsourcing in the Czech Republic. Given is the definition of the ICT sector, including individual sub-branches of the IT sector with their individual specifications and performance of EI-PRAGUE, s.r.o. whose database of IT specialists, together with data of Czech Statistical Office it is also used for actual calculations. These calculations help to dismantle the advantages and disadvantages of outsourcing, both from the perspective of a worker employed on main job or self-employed, but also from the perspective of the IT specialists provider, state and health insurers. Carried comparisons have conflicting results. From the perspective of the worker is in almost all respects advantageous to work as self-employed, while in terms of state income and health insurers is more suitable if the workers are in an employment relationship at main job.

First part is a theoretical part comparing different opinions of authors of literature about business planning. Second part of the bachelor thesis is dedicated to elaboration of the own business plan and the evaluation of profitability of the investment.

The legal form of enterprise according to the Trade licensing act

The aim of this theses is the identification with valid legal form of the Trade licensing act. This theses has identification the reader with legal form of this form of enterprise and also it serves as instruction for the establishment of the trading for the strating enterpisers. This theses also contains the historical progress of this form of enterprise and at the end is the interpretation of datas, which concern of the numbers of published of trade licence.

In my bachelor's work I concerned with problem of employee's cere. First part is about teoretical knowledge about care, in practikal part these knowledges I tried to apply for company OVB Allfinanz, a.s., where I explored situation about worker's care. On the basis of these knowledges I named weaknesses of employment policy and suggestioned my own decision.
