Static analysis of an apartment building

Diploma thesis deals with the design and static analysis of an apartment building. The main task of thesis is to design and access the constructions of an expension of an apartment building. The assesment is carried out according to the ČSN EN 1992-1-1.
Wellness hotel "Na Ovčačce" - Svatý Kopeček u Olomouce

The project is newly built wellness hotel in the cadastral Svatý Kopeček, the town of Olomouc, district Olomouc. The house is in a secluded street in Darwin. On the territory are restrictions concerning the parameters solved object. Notably the location, number of floors and the percentage of stopping. This is a three-storey, basement building with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and reinforced concrete footings. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM in the upper floors of concrete formwork and fittings in the basement. Ceiling structure is designed using locally supported reinforced concrete slabs. The entire building is divided into several sections. The 1s there is an underground garage and wellness. In 1.NP is a restaurant and facilities associated with the operation of the restaurant and hotel. In 2.NP and 3.NP are single rooms. Total capacity is 155 people and has 16 employees. To the building are three main entrances. Two of them are designed as public entrance to the restaurant and hotel. The third is the entrance for staff and supplies. Among other inputs that lead from the exterior of the building is the entrance to the restaurant terrace. Another entry is possible from the underground garage to wllnessu. The proposed facility is designed wheelchair. Before the building is designed parking for 27 cars and underground garage for 44 cars. Five of parking places are for disabled people.
Sports and wellness center

The final thesis is focused on the design and elaboration of the project documentation of the sports and relaxation center. The proposed building is located in the south-eastern part of the town of Hradec Králové, in a location supposed for buildings and areas of sports and relaxation use. It is a three-storey building with a flat roof and partial basement. The construction system is wall-mounted with a combination of skeleton. The building is based on plain concrete and reinforced concrete foundation footing. The peripheral, supporting and partition walls are designed from ceramic blocks POROTHERM. The inner load-bearing elements consist mainly of reinforced concrete columns. The ceiling structure is designed from reinforced concrete slabs supported locally. The perimeter walls of the first overground floor and part of the perimeter walls of the basement are insulated by an external contact thermal insulation system. The thermal insulation of the perimeter walls of the second floor is designed by means of a ventilated facade with facade tiles except the squash courts and the relaxation area. The building is functionally divided into three main parts, where the central part forms an entrance hall with comunication spaces of all floors. In this part a basement with technical facilities is designed. The right part of the ground floor consists of a restaurant with a bowling alley and a kitchen with storage and hygienic facilities. As part of this section, a gym and exercise rooms for fitness exercises, spinning and TRX are designed on the second floor. The left part consists of two squash courts with the appropriate facilities and massage areas. There is also a relaxing facilities with a north-facing terrace on the second floor. There are also dressing rooms and hygienic facilities. The designed object is accessible for disabled people. There is a parking lot for 40 cars, 3 motorcycles, one bus and three barracks for cars.
Boarding house Pamferova Huť

This diploma thesis describes the design and processing of project documentation pension. The proposed facility is located in the village of Železná Ruda- Pamferova Hut. The site is widely used by tourists in winter and summer. This is partly basement building, which has 2 storeys and an attic. The roof is designed as a gabled dormer with a flat roof. The building is based on the footings of plain concrete and under the reinforced concrete pillars are designed shoe. Supporting, peripheral and partition walls are designed from sand-lime bricks SENDWIX. An exception is peripheral walls of the basement, which is in contact with soil, which is designed as a lost formwork. In the dining area, which has an open reinforced concrete columns. Ceiling structure will consist of prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. Perimeter walls are insulated using external thermal insulation composite system using insulation from stone wool. The building is functionally divided into three main parts with a common main entrance. The first part is a restaurant with a kitchen, storage and kitchen facilities. This section is designed restaurants with a total capacity of 26 persons, the capacity will be in the summer to expand the possible capacity of the terrace, which belongs to the dining room. It is also proposed sanitary facilities for visitors to the restaurant, kitchen with storage and facilities for staff. The second part is the wellness center, which consists of a gym and rooms with infrared sauna and whirlpool. This section is designed sanitary facilities for visitors separated for men and women. The last part of the pension, which used to accommodate 30 people and the background of the pension. Backgrounds pension means any technical equipment room, storage room for bikes and skis, and not least the individual room house, which also includes a room for personal hygiene. The Diploma’s thesis is focused on the design of selected parts of reinforced concrete exhibition hall (prestressed concrete purlin, prestressed concrete girder, reinforced concrete column, reinforced concrete footing, post-tensioned concrete girders). The load calculation (the self weight, the permanent load, the wind load, the snow load and imposed load), the design and the review of selected reinforced concrete items and the drawing documentation are included in this thesis.
Primary School

Thesis Theme is a primary school, namely the outbuilding primary school Havlíčkův Brod, Konečná 1884. I suggest first grade pavilion and pavilion with school canteen with kitchens. Pavilions are based on the footings. Pavilions are designed as a two-way system from the wall HELUZ. Construction of ceiling are from ferroconcrete slabs are cross reinforced, single-layer roof is flat with a classic sequence of layers. In addition to construction and process layout I solved also the statics of building in specialize of concrete structures. The following are also evaluated heat and acoustic requirements and requirements for fire safety of buildings. New pavilions are solved as wheelchair accessible. Pavilion of the first grade has two floors with 5 classes of stem, 1 vocational and 2 classes are earmarked for after-school clubs. This pavilion is connected to the connecting neck between the former pavilon A and pavilion B. Dining pavilion has one floor, which is divided in the school canteen and kitchen is connected to the connecting neck leading to the gym. The land is mildly sloping to the south side. All consstructions comply with the applicable standards and recommendations ČSN.
Sports complex

The main focus of this thesis is to design the expansion and modernization of a sport complex "U Jezu" for a sport club TJ Roztoky. This thesis is consisted of a study for a territorial agreement. In this study, there are indicated a formation of two playing fields with the artificial surfaces, beach volleyball court proposing two building objects as a base for the entire complex, which consists of garages, storages and a main building. A more detailed design was created for the main building. As the supporting structure of the object, the transverse wall system completed with outdoor columns supporting the cantilevered portion of the ceiling tiles, which are mainly unidirectionally reinforced concrete floor slabs. The supporting structure is based on the strip foundations. The designed building object has two-above ground floors and a ground floor, which will be created by embedding the building object into the hill side. The ground floor is designed for the relaxation and the leisure purposes. Moreover, there is also a technological equipment necessary for the operation of the facility. On the first above ground floor, there are designed locker rooms for athletes, a club room with a kitchen and an accommodation unit for a manager of the complex. The second floor is for the accommodation. There are designed rooms with lounge and office of the president of the sport club. Part of the second floor consists of a terrace. For the roofing, a flat roof with a single-classic sequence of layers is designed. In this thesis, the static is partially solved. Furthermore, the object is evaluated in the terms of lighting, acoustic and thermal requirements as well as requirements for the fire safety of buildings.

The aim of the project is a new building of a sport and wellness center in the cadastral area Brno-Židenice, South Moravian Region. Sport and wellness center is designed as a detached building with two floors and basement with a flat single skin vegetation roof. In the 1st floor there is a reception, cafe, children's play area, central changing rooms and a technical facilities. In the 2nd floor is a fitness center, solarium, massage rooms and sports nutrition and diagnostics. In the basement is a wellness center, facilities for employees and lasergame arena. The main structural system of the building consists of reinforced concrete columns and reinforced concrete slabs. The facade is designed as a contact thermal insulation system and glazed curtain wall.
