This diploma thesis solves the occupational safety and health in crop production. As main element was chosen harvester which will show risks of loss events. It is also made a questionnaire that will determine the level of protection and security of the employee.
Criminal liability and sentencing of minors in the Czech Republic

Resumé v anglickém jazyce (Abstract in English language) This thesis deals with still very topical theme criminal liability and punishment of juveniles in the Czech Republic and its aim is to comprehensive familiarize readers with this issue with reference to many other sources, from which we can in more detail study various aspects of this field, which is constantly developing according to the most recent knowledge of juridical science and statistics, but also according to scientific findings from many different non-legal fields, mainly from psychology and sociology. The first part analyses historical development of individual models of criminal liability and punishment of juveniles, which largely corresponds with the development of criminal law in Great Britain and in the USA. There are discussed historical reasons for changes of models, their advantages and disadvantages and last but not least, their potential application in the Czech Republic. Then the part focuses on historical development of youth criminal law in Czech countries, namely from the earliest times to the present, when the new and still effective Law on Juvenile Justice (Act No. 218/2003 Coll.) was enacted. Progres of Criminal Law in 18th Century in Our Countries

The progress of criminal law in 18th century in our country The main theme of this graduation thesis is the progress in substantive criminal law and procedural criminal law in the 18th century in our countries. Part of the work focuses on the codex published in 1803, as it was highly progressive for the period. Its inclusion in the thesis was, therefore, logical and necessary. The whole development of criminal law in Czech countries has been derived from the progress of criminal law of the Habsburg monarchy, which Bohemia was a part of. As a secondary theme the thesis elaborates the historical development of the monarchy in this period, philosophical and religious orientations and beliefs, the greatest thinkers and previous legislation drawn by policy makers in the 18th century and often accepted in the first half of the 18th century. This work also discusses the progress of the structure of capital justice in our country, which focuses mainly on personal and material equipment and the reason for the gradual reduction of capital court. Competitiveness of the EU from the viewpoint of the member states

This thesis focuses on the contribution of the member states to competitiveness and the contribution of the Lisbon strategy and the Europe 2020 strategy to this topic. The first chapter deals with the definition of competitiveness and with detailed measurement according to the World Economic Forum. In the second chapter, individual member countries in terms of competitiveness and the impact of the Lisbon strategy on the competitiveness of the EU are discussed. The last chapter outlines the concept of the Europe 2020 strategy and the current fulfillment of its goals.
