Evaluation and Financing of Investment Plan

The diploma thesis discusses the evaluation and financing of investment in a shopping centre in the city of Hradec Králové. The first part of the thesis contains theoretical background focused mainly on the issue of investment decisions and determinig methods for evaluating the effectivness of investments, including their financing. The second part of the thesis is focused on performing strategic analysies to determine the current market situation and the current state of investment. The main part of the thesis consists of proposals aimed at renting shopping centers with a high quality mix of tenants to achieve adequate profitability and return of investment.
Performance of Real Estate Activities

This thesis illustrates the real estate environment from a professional and legal perspective. The first part of this thesis will refer to the legislative components and organizations, which affect the development of laws related to the industry. Then, the real estate market will be defined from two angles - a broker's and the competitors, as well as illustrating the differences in the Czech and Slovak markets. A case study will show the process of two property sales. In the first, a family house is sold under normal conditions and in the second, an apartment building is sold under shared ownership. The final segment of the thesis will summarize a research, which was focused on service quality in the Czech and Slovak real estate brokerage markets.
Proposed Process of Order Management

The bachelor thesis focus on process management of a contract in manufacturing company Biokron s.r.o. This company specializes in the production of feed and compound feed for domestic and livestock. In the first part describes the theoretical basis of the thesis. The second part focuses on the introducing the selected business. The third part describes and analyzes the process of order management the receipt of the order, through production to the dispatch of the product to the customer. The last part outlines proposals for changes in the process of order management in the company.

The main part is to elaborate Feasibility Study of this investment, whose results is the basis for the investor’s decision, if it makes sense to realize it or not.
