Planning and implementation of construction project by the contractor

This thesis deals with the planning and implementation of construction project by the contractor. In the theoretical part, I wrote the basic concepts of project management, construction participants and temporal models of construction. Furthermore, I focused on the public procurement and its by tendering documentation. In the practical part I focused on a specific project, where I proposed an alternative course of the contract and the contract followed from its very beginning to evaluation.

The theoretical part of the bachelor´s thesis discusses the importance of classification in construction. It describes the historical development and the importance of classification in the construction industry. Monitors use classifications and classifications in practice and use in the Czech legislation. The practical part deals with specific examples of classification of buildings and construction work. Part of the work is concerned with finding house prices in a period other than the planned construction.

Constitutional development of the Francist Spain

The Constitutional Development of Franco's Spain The aim of this paper is the description and analysis of constitutional developments in Spain during the dictatorship of Francisco Franco (1939-1975). This paper can be divided into two basic parts. The first, which consists of chapters 1- 4, describes the chronological development, based on historical, social and economic context. Thus, it is possible to obtain an overall view of the Spanish legal system during that period. The text, however, extends beyond the timeframe of 1939-1975. Due to the necessity of explaining the context to the reader, the thesis also describes the period that preceded the establishment of the dictatorship (1902-1936). This is the reason of including a brief introduction of constitutional texts in force in Spain before the dictatorship. A separate sub- chapter describes the development during the dictatorship of Primo de Rivera, the period from which Franco derived in many ways. Building of the "New State" starts during the Civil War (1936-1939). This was when its basic features were outlined and laws displaying its character were adopted. The patient's rights

The first mentions about The Patient's Rights have come from France since the 50's the last century. Twenty years later, in 1971, the first ethical codex of Patient's Rights was drew up by a pharmacist David R. Anderson (USA) and one year later is was adopted and declared by the American Associations of Hospital. In Czechoslovakia is spoken about the Patient's Right for the first time after The November Revolution and it was declared in our country on 25th February 1992 by Central Ethical Commission of Medical Office of The Czech Republic. The described all the history of progressing and rising of the ethical codex of The Patient's Rights in the first, theoretical part of my work. As a starting point I have indicated The Human Rights which are creating a base of our contemporary society and every other ethical codex of mankind is arising from it. In addition to The Human Rights, there was Hippokrates 'Oath , dating back from the 5th century B.C., which has had not small influence on the rice of The Patient's Rights. Another reason to the rice of this ethical codex was the developing lines of nursing which has passed step by step from The Charity line via The Medical Line to The Orientation to Outputs when the patient is lost out of center nursing stuff's interest.
