Diplomová práce se zabývá plánováním a realizací stavební zakázky z pohledu zhotovitele. V teoretické části jsem sepsala základní pojmy projektového řízení, účastníky výstavby a časové modely výstavby. Dále jsem se věnovala průběhu veřejných zakázek a jejími zadávacími dokumentacemi. V praktické části jsem se zabývala konkrétním projektem, kde jsem navrhla alternativní průběh zakázky a zakázku sledovala od jejího samotného počátku až po vyhodnocení. This thesis deals with the planning and implementation of construction project by the contractor. In the theoretical part, I wrote the basic concepts of project management, construction participants and temporal models of construction. Furthermore, I focused on the public procurement and its by tendering documentation. In the practical part I focused on a specific project, where I proposed an alternative course of the contract and the contract followed from its very beginning to evaluation.
