The subject of this bachelor thesis is the analysis of the marketing mix of a selected company. Based on the performed analyzes, own recommendations for its improvement will be proposed. The thesis is divided into three main chapters. The first presents theoretical knowledge that is used in the subsequent analysis of the current state of the company. The third part is focused on own proposals leading to the improvement of the company's marketing mix.

In the second part of the thesis an analysis of the internal and external environment of the company is made on the basis of the theoretical knowledge. The conclusions from these analyses are then used in the third part of the thesis, which is focused on the formulation of specific proposals for improving the marketing strategy of the company.
