After that, the work refers to specific forms of communication and their use with ICT technology. The practical part firstly examines the managers communication needs and then analyzes the claims and demands for communication strategy. The gained knowledge is then used to design specific management communications system.

The Utilization of Systems Simulator in Managerial Education

The thesis is focused on system simulators and their use in management education. It is concentrated on the use of management games and simulators. The work begins with a general overview of system simulation, clarification of basic concepts and more detailed information on simulation modeling. It informs readers about the history of this branch, data inputs, relation with other disciplines. I am interested in modeling and simulation goals of typical usage. I deal with the usual user profile of management games, the reasons for using simulation modeling, description various types of simulators, microworlds, possibility of a formal knowledge representation. Work describe area of management games. There is also a description of the influence of games on the managerial hard and soft skills, including their relationship with various levels of management. The thesis focus on market research of management games and simulators, and then selecting the appropriate management games for teaching at the Faculty of Management in Jindřichův Hradec. Suitable games are described in greater detail and compared.
Implementation of business information system: Theory and Practice

The work try to familiarize the users with information systems in contemporary business and show the greates weakness in the implementation of information systems in enterprises. The issue of implementation is addressed in the work from all sides and angles. First, the implementation process itself analyzed and its parts. The following are general methods applicable to software development and evaluated their use in the implementation process. In addition to the implementation process is part of the work given to the management. In the work is discusses how to look at the company's management can influence the implementation process. Another problem to be solved are the key factors influencing the course and success of implementation. In addition of these factors are mentioned the most important risks affecting various stages of implementation. Based on these risks are created by three specific scenarios which could arise in individual cases of emergency. Gradually, readers are drawn into the issue and during the actual implementation in real practice. The individual parts are reminded of the most significant weaknesses or places that none of the parties should not be underestimated. In addition to the actual weaknesses of the implementation process are discussed and two basic Casework across the entire spectrum of companies. At the conclusion of the implementation process is displayed in a graphic sketch, where the individual problems of implementation are shown in the very way the implementation process. The reader can better imagine the implementation process, including the sequence of steps. Complete implementation issue is addressed in the work of all views of interested parties. So your company owner will find thinking about the implementation, or project manager who deals with the issue. The work is based on the author's years of experience in information systems implementations themselves.
Analysis of Procedural Risks of the South Bohemian Region's Medical Rescue Service with the Output to Emergency Plans

The organization of processes and activities of Medical Rescue Services must reflect the basic rules for providing EMS in accordance with regulations of the Ministry of Health. Organization process faces many risks (which can be summarized into three key groups - natural disasters, criminal activity and human error) for risk analysis process has been established methodology, which involves the calculation of risk factor, the likelihood of risky situations and the impact - the amount of damage. Risk analysis process was implemented from the perspective of patients with regard to the above risks. To minimize these risks, the impact on patients, was proposed measures, summarized in the emergency plans. These plans should be tested regularly. Managing emergency plans describing the proposed directive, which should be included in the Quality Management System for ZZS JCK
Management of learning statistical subjects for combined form

Currently, there is an urgent need to conduct analysis of teaching statistical courses at the Faculty of Management University of Economics in Prague in order to analyze the current teaching methods, which are at the time of this thesis in the current academic year 2009-2010. Another aim is to propose a new method of teaching that reflect emerging trends in education, which would help students to understand and absorb the learning.

This paper is divided to practical and theoretical part. Theoretical part defines essential background of personality and work psychology which are pillars for using the personality and roles typology in practical part. I also define conceptions such as group, team, procedures of making the team. Practical part is focused at making the repertoary grid which outlines proximity of team roles, anchored in the repertoary grids upon personal atributes basis and picked team positions.
Organization culture and the options of their level ratings

The objective of this Bachelor thesis is the creating of new model of organization culture which can make organization culture possible to be evaluated with the emphasis on easy applicability and financial modesty in comparison to other commonly-used models. The creating of OC-4 model was based on the connections between the pices of knowledge from second bibliografy, author's ideas and the examples of practice. Functionality of the model was verified by applying the new model to two organizations through the structured and unstructed talks. The results of the model were analyzed and consequently discussed. The résumé and recommendations are situated in the end of Bachelor thesis. The new OC-4 model demonstrated his functionality and modesty so the targets met.
