The topic of this bachelor's thesis is the elaboration of the technological stage of foundation within the construction technological project for the extension of a retirement home in Antošovice. It is a four-storey brick building with flat foundations of the base plate type, which is connected to the basement walls in the form of a waterproofing basement. The content of the final work is a technical report focusing on the selected technological stage of foundation, construction situation with broader relations of transport routes, statement of acreage for the given technological stage, technological regulation of foundation, technical report for construction site equipment, schedule, machine design, quality requirements and their assurance, Occupational safety of the solved technological stage.

Construction-technological project of the revitalization of the tipping plant in Vítkovice

This diploma thesis deals with the proposal of a construction technological project of the tipping Plant in Vítkovice. The work consists of a technological report, transport routes proposal, study of the realization of the main technological stages, time and financial plan of all main objects, construction site project, design of main construction machines and mechanisms. The project also includes itemized budget of the main building structure together with a detailed timetable, financial plan and schedule deployment of construction machinery and workers. The content of this thesis also includes a technological project for the implementation of semi-assembled ceiling structures with a plan for securing material resources and a technological project for the execution of remediation works of concrete structural elements, for which an inspection and test plan with the description of inspection was prepared. The health and safety plan was also created from the perspective of the health and safety coordinator.

Kindergarten Kuřim - construction technology project

The subject of the thesis is the solution of selected parts of the construction technology project of the construction of a kindergarten in Kuřim on Hybešova Street. It is a single-story brick building with a flat roof with a green roof. In my work I solve the study of the main technological stages, technological regulations for the monolithic ceiling structure and the green roof of the Smart Roof Solutions system together with inspection and test plans, design of the main construction machines, time and a financial plan for the main building of the kindergarten, the building time and financial plan for the entire construction plan, the balance of workers and the deployment of construction machinery and the construction site equipment project. Then I add a noise study, assessment of selected LEED 2009 Core & Shell credits, design of the TOPSAFE restraint system, health and safety plan, documentation of the green roof of the Smart Roof Solutions system and a search on the topic of green roofs.

The main subject of the thesis is a technological report, a realization study of the main technological phases, a coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, a project of the office building site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles, a time plan for the main building object, technological prescriptions for a prefabricated skeleton and bored piles and documents related to this.

Construction technology project of a nursing home Ždírec nad Doubravou

The diploma thesis deals with the construction of a new nursing home in Ždírec nad Doubravou. It is a four-storey prefabricated structure, where on the first floor there are three surgeries for doctors and on the remaining three floors there are apartments for clients of the building. In hhe work is a implementation study of the main technological stages, assessment of the transport solution, time and financial plan together with the calculation of the main building according to THU. The equipment of the construction site with drawings and design of the main machines and mechanisms is also solved. For selected technological processes, an itemized budget with statement of quantities, time schedule and technological precription for the assembly of prefabricated ceiling elements together with a control and test plan. In the last points, the technological precription for the floors of the clean zone of medical surgeries is solved with a proposal of measures according to the LEED 2009 certification and a noise study.

The main subject of this thesis is a technological report, coordination situation of the construction with broader relations to transport routes, a time and financial plan of the construction, a feasibility study of the main technological phases, a project of the site equipment, a suggested list of the main construction vehicles and building mechanisation, a time-schedule plan, a plan of material resources, a technological regulation for the implementation of monolithic ceilings, control and test plan, health and safety at work and a technological regulation for the implementation of rider bracing with economic balance. Part of the work is the itemized budget and calculating to THU.

Construction-technological stage of the establishment of the Rescue Service Exit Station

The elaborated bachelor thesis deals with the technology and time sequence of works during the stage of establishing the exit station of the medical rescue service of the Pardubice Region in the street Dr. Milady Horákové, Chrudim. It consists of a drawing and a text part containing the design of the machine set, time schedule, control and test plan, technological regulations, material transport, safety and health protection at work, and item budget. The building is built in order to shorten the travel distances of medical rescue service in the district of Chrudim. It is designed as a set of two unequally high parts, the lower of which is the ground floor of the garage, preparation and storage. The higher two-storey part is intended for a quiet stay of crews. The solved stage of construction of the building includes excavation work, construction of foundation structures in the form of foundation strips and foundation walls, establishment of utility network connections, backfilling of foundation space, concreting of underlying concrete screed, and waterproofing, including its protective concrete layer.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the solution of implementation of the assembly stage of the reinforced concrete skeleton of the hockey hall in Kuřim. This thesis contains a technical report focusing on the skeleton assembly, the situation of the construction with broader transport relations, bill of quantities, technological regulation for skeleton assembly, construction organization solution, time schedule, machine assembly design, control and test plan, safety and health protection on construction site plan and transport of excessive and oversized loads solution. The annexes contain drawings of the passages through critical points on the route, a drawing of the construction site facilities, item budget, prefabricated supply scheme, drawings of component assembly diagrams and a graph of workers needs.
