Evaluation of runoff formation in catchment using stable isotopes 2H and 18O and water temperature
Hojovec, Daniel ; Vlček, Lukáš (advisor) ; Jeníček, Michal (referee)
The evaluation of the water regime of the springs, or the total runoff in small mountain catchments, is an important aspect in this work for understanding the functioning of the catchment from the point of view of the precipitation-runoff process, and above all for the verification or refutation of the various methods used to evaluate the runoff of the mountain catchment. For the stated purposes, between 2018 and 2020, repeated sampling was carried out from water courses, soil (shallow wells) and precipitation in the Rokytka catchment area. From the obtained data, the ratio of stable isotopes 2 H and 18 O was subsequently determined in the laboratory. We also worked with the data of stable isotopes 2H and 18O provided by the Department of Physical Geography and Geoecology of the Faculty of Natural Sciences of Charles University for the period 2014-2018. All data, together with hydro-meteorological data, were subjected to various analyzes and methods with the aim of evaluating the runoff. The core method of this work was hydrogram separation using a mixing equation working with stable 2 H isotopes and water temperature for 6 events. On the basis of the performed analyzes and hydrographic separations, it was found that the water in the Rokytka přítok during significant rainfall-runoff events is...
Tube headphone amplifier with USB DAC as an input
Rozkopal, Tomáš ; Schimmel, Jiří (referee) ; Vlček, Lukáš (advisor)
This thesis focuses on transferring of sound through USB bus. There is analysed a principal of the bus, it´s physical properties and a description of information transmission. Behaviour of the end point is described on an example of an audio device. The second part of the thesis describes demands on digital/analogue converters, their attributes such as resolution, speed of conversion and signal to noise ratio. Furthermore there are described two basic conversions between digital and analogue conversion. The third part of the thesis analyses a principal of tubes and explains a principal of vacuum diode, triode, tetrode and pentode. The individual types of tubes are supplemented by currently produced types and brief descriptions of their use in a circuit. Possible solutions of designing data transfer between a computer and an end point are discussed in the fourth part of the thesis. Different available microcontrollers are compared. The design continues with solving a problem with connecting a DA converter using I2S bus and there is also designed DA converter with voltage output. Demands for analogue filter and numerically derived main assumptions for end amplifier are explained in the final part of the thesis. Tube filter low - pass type is designed and possible solution of an end amplifier is discussed.
Registration database for IP nodes
Smrčka, Lukáš ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Komosný, Dan (advisor)
This thesis is focused on finding the physical location of stations by the passive geolocation techniques, particularly using the registration database of IP addresses. The first two part are focused on a theoretical analysis of this problem, the next two parts of this thesis deal with the solution of this problem and discussion of the results.
Principal component analysis in power analysis
Jedlička, František ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Martinásek, Zdeněk (advisor)
This thesis deals with using principal component analysis in cryptanalysis by power side chanel. At first in this thesis is discussed cryptanalysis, cryptanalysis by power side chanel, principal component analysis method and interpretation received power consumption from performed differential power analysis on cryptographic device with AES algorithm. Practical part contain execution of own principal component analysis on received data and following try of differential power analysis thus adjusted data.
Software for learning support of error-correcting codes
Petrik, Ján ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Burda, Karel (advisor)
This Bachelor thesis is mainly focused on issues of the chosen error correcting codes (ECC) and their demonstrative. Goal of this work is help to understand ECC to readers, easy and reasonable form. We can find here a lot of illustrative tables and figures for better understanding how codes works. Every section constains one code and mostly is filled by code securing and code decoding. For every section interactive Aplet and program for experimental uses were created.
MultiProtocol Label Switching technology in Ethernet networks
Kiška, Martin ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Novotný, Vít (advisor)
In the introduction of this thesis the reasons for transition from older to a new technology called MultiProtocol Label Switching are mentioned – the modern technology enables simple network extension. The theoretical part contains basic principles of this techno- logy and their practical application for supplying private networks to the customers using provider’s network. In practical part packets are analyzed considering the theory. In addi- tion. All the technologies tested on a real network. Experience gained while working on this thesis are assessed during creating laboratory task for class Architecture of Networks intended for students of Bachelor’s study programme.
Design and Configuration of Corporation Network Using Cisco Equipment
Kudláček, Marek ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Kubánková, Anna (advisor)
This bachelor work is dealing with a proposal and configuration of company network with utilization of equipment by Cisco Systems company. The project includes particular procedures and principles which are essential to realize the proposal of data network. It includes analysis of the current stage and future requirements of the society. The part of the thesis is also my own scenario of network´s proposal.
Waste heat recovery vith steam turbine
Korytár, Zbyněk ; Vlček, Lukáš (referee) ; Fiedler, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is the design of municipal waste incinerator using the generated steam for power generation and distribution of heat. At the beginning is engaged in development of waste issues and the current state of waste management. The next section describes the options of waste treatment and possible solutions to the current state of waste issues. The concept of waste incineration plants: For waste incineration is used line for burning 100,000 tons of municipal waste per year.Combustion takes place in a grate boiler. Its advantage is the versatility and flexibility to waste. Electricity generation is dealt with condensing turbine with controlled consumption. The flue gas cleaning is designed to semi-wet method. The final stage involves the calculation of the balance, the calculation of electric energyand basic economic evaluation.
Routing in High-speed Computer Networks
Vlček, Lukáš ; Hanák, Pavel (referee) ; Škorpil, Vladislav (advisor)
Goal of this master thesis is to introduce and bring up basics and principles of NetCOPE framework in many details using "first approach" method for exploration of its internal structures - mainly focusing on application core using VHDL for focus itself. Furthermore, this knowledge is used for design and implementation of filtration system for network traffic with more details within phase of design in VHDL language.
Software for assisted study of access control protocols
Kopuletý, Michal ; Burda, Karel (referee) ; Vlček, Lukáš (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis allows the reader to penetrate into the issues of access control protocols in area such as computer network, banking and access contactless cards. Each chapter provides example of frequently used authentication methods and lists of the pros and cons. Partially describes the methods of authoritzation. The main outcome of this bachelor’s thesis is an educational software executable in a web browser. For the reader’s better understanding there are, animation in the software. In order to verify student knowledge, there are test in teaching material. The thesis proposal provides authentication protocol that can be implemented into ACP protocol. The proposed authentication protocol can transmit information to a wide number of authentication methods (hash, symmetric cryptography, asymmetric cryptography)
