HOUSE ON THE FOOTHILL - TOWN HOUSE IN THE HISTORICAL CENTRE

Potential sites lies not only in its location but also the dominant position it holds to their surroundings. Undeveloped plot represents a "node" or "island" ... loosening strictly linear character Bakery. It is a place which brings together three disparate streams - Classical serious at the running part of Mendel Square, dramatically quarreling upper section flowing into the area from Hus class and insignificant Anenská that, if there "just got lost." All "three" street, however, are closely connected with the plot and the transformation of space clearly indicates their transformation. A distinctive feature of the property is its visual exposure of looking from Mendel Square, the plot creates a "picture" to which the pawn closer. This image should be interesting, changing to attract one's attention for more than just one or two seconds. The image should not least communicate - what is happening on the ground, what links are individual objects ... a landmark and should, for use by infantrymen use. It should also not be attractive from a distance - when one zooms in close proximity, should be surprised by the discovery of something new, something that was not noticeable from a distance, it should be attention to detail, or idea that can be seen only at close contact.
The Students themselves - Student Center Poříčí

The students themselves - Student Center Poříčí Waterfront with views of the city center, the hotel representative in the neighborhood and the traffic load over the streets of Vídeňská. Two opposites, which are daily faced a common corner. While I listened to the dialogue and decided to try to accommodate both "parties". The proposed building is therefore towards the river "looks" and along the streets of Vienna "running out". Horizontally curved strip of floor follow the flow of ambient life - throughout the building causing a glass surface feeling slowdown or stoppage, then head of the belts diverge and height glazing is reduced to the standard, so the speed increases and becomes a facade passerby more inaccessible. Containers with shaping gain more privacy and a wider cut views of the surrounding area. Broken facade indicates heart rate, not only outside but also the interior, where the dominant feature of the central corridor and provides insights into the other floors, the play of light and effectively slows down and speeds up the movement in the building. The unifying element is the central staircase cascaded current on all floors.
Proposal of a Communication Plan for the Wedding Season 2021

This diploma thesis deals with the proposals of the communication plan for the wedding season 2021. The theoretical part explains the basic concepts related to the field of marketing communication, the analytical part introduces the characteristics of my business and activities in the field of communication with customers. Based on the results of the analytical part of the work, a draft communication plan for the upcoming wedding season is compiled.
Marketing Communication of a Company via Instagram

My thesis analyzes marketing communication of the company fyftstore s.r.o. (hereinafter referred to as Fyft) via a social network called Instagram. The company owns an e-shop and a stone shop in Brno. They sell leisure time products, for example yoyo, rubiks cube, board games etc. This thesis proposes to improve the promotion of the company on the social network by creating a useful publication template. In two months of our collaboration, Fyft managed to gain over 300 new instagram followers and finally reach the „1000 followers milestone.“
Basic Income and Its Possible Introduction in the Czech Republic

This dissertation concerns the concept of basic income. It explains what basic income is, how the idea to introduce it came about and describes its position in the world throughout history. It addresses the arguments in favour of and against introducing it. It deals with concepts that are related to basic income such as negative income tax, participatory income, partial basic income or participatory capital, and compares them to the basic income concept. It presents the experimental introduction of basic income, as it has already been seen across the world, or will be in the future. It also deals with the parameters of current social policy in the Czech Republic. It describes the current benefits that would be affected by the introduction of basic income. The aesthetic experience of garden: In between of art and nature

The thesis is dealing with the phenomena of garden in context of enviromental aesthetic. Garden is an unique space balancing in between artificial and natural and it is a diverse space full of contrasts and questions that seek answers. The aim of the thesis is not only to clarify its mixed nature but also to localize the uniqueness of an aesthetic dimension within its appreciaton. First, the fields of aesthetics in art and in nature will be defined. Second, our attention will be focused on the position of garden in between of these two fields. Special attention will be paid to the aspect of the borders, respectively ramework, whether physical or interpretative. The thesis will follow the border as a distinctive factor as well as the common element linking the garden with art and nature.
