Wireless start blocks
Venkrbec, Lukáš ; Bohrn, Marek (referee) ; Pavlík, Michal (advisor)
This bachelor work describes the design and implementation of a system that will be able to detect the start of the course athletes. By appropriate choice of sensor for detecting the starting reaction athletes, a wireless module for transmitting the information obtained from the sensor to the mobile phone, and also the LCD display. The proposed system will contain a microcontroller ATmega328.
Chemorezistive gas sensor
Venkrbec, Lukáš ; Pytlíček, Zdeněk (referee) ; Prášek, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with the detection of gases. Based on the research, the theoretical part is devoted to the principles and construction of chemical gas sensors, especially the chemoresistive gas sensors, mainly with the active layer consisting of metal oxides and carbon nanotubes. In the second half of the theoretical part the carbon nanostructures, their properties and the methodology of preparation are reviewed. The experimental part deals with the type of support structure, preparation of the active layer and the method of its deposition and he principle of detection. In the results and discussion, the thesis focuses on the detailed processing of the results and the evaluation of the response ammonia, the impact of the modifications and procedures. In the end, the results obtained are compared, both with each other and with the relevant literature.
Design of automated transport in robotic production systems of the Industry 4.0 concept
Venkrbec, Lukáš ; Holoubek, Tomáš (referee) ; Lacko, Branislav (advisor)
This master thesis deals with the analysis of the system design and integration of automated transport in digital manufacturing of the Industry 4.0 concept. The theoretical part is devoted to the principles and standards of Industry 4.0. It also discusses the selection of an AMR autonomous mobile robot for inter-operational transport and the software to demonstrate the results obtained. Including a thorough description of the individual components. The AMR Robotino that was selected was used for the purpose of autonomous mobile transport within a cyber-physical system. Firstly, a production line was designed and assembled and the production was carried out according to the production plan. Subsequently, this line was rebuilt for the purpose of demonstrating material transport between the modules and their respective applications using AMR.
