Maximization the Number of Employees from Interns in the Selected Company

The purpose of this master thesis is to determine recommendations that would help the Thermo Fisher Scientific Brno s.r.o. company to expand their employee base. The research attempts to determine the satisfaction of interns with working environment and find crucial factors that are considered by them to choose the future employer. The research is carried out on the basis of questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews with interns from different departments. Based on the survey results and theoretical overview appropriate recommendations will be proposed and quantify to maximise the number of interns getting employed after finishing the internship.

URBÁNKOVÁ, P. Recommendations for increasing the number of visitors of Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. Bachelor thesis. Brno: Mendel University in Brno, 2017. The bachelor thesis attempts to determine appropriate recommendations that would lead to increased number of visitors of Lázně Luhačovice, a.s. It also deals with the current situation in the spa tourism market and with the evaluation of factors affecting the traffic of clients of health insurance companies and private clients. The thesis further identifies the main obstacles that discourage potential visitors from visiting the spa. To find out the wishes and preferences of both cur-rent and potential spa guests, primarily the results of two questionnaire surveys (n1 = 141, n2 = 177 respondents), 50 in-depth interviews with clients and internal materials of the company were used. Based on the survey results appropriate recommendations were proposed to increase the company´s visibility in the spa tourism market and to increase the number of visitors in the spa during the season and off-season.

Criminological Aspects of Crime Recidivism The Diploma Thesis Bc. Petra Urbánková Abstract The main goal of the Diploma Thesis "Criminological Aspects of Crime Recidivism" is analysing recidivism, which is considered to be one of the most important criminal factors. We can analyse recidivism based on the criminal law, penology, criminal statistics and mainly criminology. The Criminological aspect is the widest one, because it focuses on the all crimes committed by the offender, not only those crimes which were investigated by Police or the prosecutors. We will also theoretically describe all statistic sources where the recidivism has been recorded, but mainly we will analyse practically the statistical data of The Prison Service of the Czech Republic and the data of the Police of the Czech Republic where we could find out the actual rate of recidivism in the Czech Republic. The data of the Prison Service contain mainly the offenders which are imprisoned repeatedly for more than once. The data of Police are focused on type of crimes which have the highest rate of recidivism and whose are committed repeatedly by the offenders. The role of radiology assistant during the examination of kidneys by methods of nuclear medicine

This semestral work deals with the Nuclear Medicine Methods used in Neufrourology. Methods of Nuclear Neufrourology unable to get kidney and urinary tact function information and therefore they are very often used in disease diagnosis of listed organs for both adults and children. Singular methods are complementary to Morphology Monitor Methods. Each of them has its specific asset in particular diagnosis area and that's why it is very important to judge the results of these methods always in the complex overview. The most frequently used methods at Nuclear Medicine departments are Dynamic and Static Scintigraphical Kidney and urinary tract Examination. Dynamic Scintigraphy gives information about function and drain parameter of the kidney. It is possible to judge shape, size and position of the kidney. Sometimes the method includes the Furosemid Test, Renovascular Hyperthensis Diagnosis and examination of transplanted kidney. The responsibility of radiologic attendant during the execution of these diagnostic methods consists in right, accurate and understandable instructing the person under examination, imposition of the person, setting the detector and the execution of the study right after the RF application, which is executed by a pediatrist (for children under 3 years of age) or a nurse. WOMEN IN THE LABOUR MARKET - HARMONIZATION OF FAMILY AND WORK LIFE

The diploma thesis deals with the status of women and opportunities for women in the labour market. The thesis focuses on harmonization of work and family life for women in terms of promoting the use of two concepts in the European labour market: (1) the concept of flexicurity and (2) the concept of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility, also: CSR). The thesis aims to explore the possibility of harmonizing family and work life in the Czech Republic in terms of these two concepts and their degree of usage and their potential future use and enforcement. The situation of women in the labour market and the possibility of reconciling work and family life are a statistical examination of data on the Czech Republic and my own research, which are set in a European context.

Bakalářská práce se zabývá problémem uplatnění žen - matek na trhu práce. Historický nástin vývoje na trhu práce umožnil vysvětlit některé aspekty chování mužů a žen ve společnosti. Emancipace žen a jejich touha po nezávislosti a profesním růstu s sebou přinesla problém ve formě slučitelnosti profesního a rodinného života. Práce se zaměřuje na nerovné postavení žen a mužů na trhu práce, na rozdíly ve mzdách mužů a žen, na podporu mladých rodin ze strany státu, ale také ze strany partnera jak v České republice tak i v zahraničí.
