A proposal of production technology of a hinge part

This thesis is aimed on proposal of production technology, NC codes and production of selected hinge part. The theoretical part describes the technologies of milling, surface grinding and hole grinding as technologies used during production and as non-production technologies of CAD/CAM software. Selected production machines and cutting tools are also specified and a technological process is proposed including all the steps and operations for the production of the hinge part. According to the proposed production plan, the work in two different CAM systems for the NC code of the machining center is described. The practical part describes the production on a CNC machining center and grinders. The economic evaluation summarizes material costs, setting production costs and the production and cooperation costs.

Inconel 718 machining for aerospace applications

Bachelor thesis is aimed at exploring the properties, usage and issues with milling of the Inconel 718 for aerospace applications. In the theoretical part a study of superalloys and their properties for successfull application in aircraft engines was conducted. Further the machinability classes, cutting materials and process of milling focusing on milling of the Inconel 718 are described. The experimental part deals with measuring and evaluation of cutting forces when milling the Inconel 718 with cemented carbide and ceramic cutting tools.

Some sociological aspects of the tramping movement

The aim of this theoretical paper is to describe and analyze some of the most important sociological aspects of the tramping movement which had a serious impact upon many areas of leisure activities in the Czech republic. Beginning with a brief historical outlook, it was shown how the tramping movement have substantially been affected by specific historical circumstances. This part endeavoured to point out the most important periods which had a formative impact on the process of the tramping movement development in to an incommutable part of the Czech cul ture. The following section of the paper is designed as an attempt to categorize the movement within the broader social contex. I emphasized some of its significant features, allowing us to analyze the tramping movement throught the concept of subculture with consideration of some strong ties to particular generations. Czech tramping was also a very important element in the development of second housing, especially in the surroundings of Prague. In its early stages, the movement defined the structure and the basic shape of recreational settlements which later became the typical part of the Czech landscape.
