Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh technologie, zpracování NC kódů a realizaci výroby vybrané závěsové součásti. V teoretické části byly popsány technologie frézování, rovinné broušení a broušení otvorů jako technologie užité během výroby a jako nevýrobní technologie CAD/CAM softwary. Dále jsou specifikovány vybrané výrobní stroje, řezné nástroje a je navržen technologický postup obsahující veškeré kroky a operace potřebné k výrobě závěsové součásti. Dle navrženého technologického postupu je popsána práce ve dvou různých CAM systémech pro NC kód obráběcího centra. V praktické části je popsaná samotná výroba na CNC obráběcím centru a bruskách. V ekonomickém zhodnocení jsou shrnuty materiálové náklady, náklady na přípravu výroby a výrobu samotnou a náklady na kooperace. This thesis is aimed on proposal of production technology, NC codes and production of selected hinge part. The theoretical part describes the technologies of milling, surface grinding and hole grinding as technologies used during production and as non-production technologies of CAD/CAM software. Selected production machines and cutting tools are also specified and a technological process is proposed including all the steps and operations for the production of the hinge part. According to the proposed production plan, the work in two different CAM systems for the NC code of the machining center is described. The practical part describes the production on a CNC machining center and grinders. The economic evaluation summarizes material costs, setting production costs and the production and cooperation costs.
