Streetwork in Belgium and Czech Republic - comparison of contemporaneous state
Tylová, Tereza ; Pazlarová, Hana (advisor) ; Racek, Jindřich (referee)
Bakalářská práce Terénní sociální práce v ČR a v Belgii - komparace současného stavu, se zabývá popisem terénní sociální práce skrze stručnou definici celkového sociálního systému a legislativy obou států. Zachycuji sociální služby, které mají co do činění s prací v terénu, a potom oba státy porovnávám. Součástí mé práce je i popis mé vlastní zkušenosti z dobrovolné činnosti v sociálním projektu terénní sociální práce v Belgii v rámci projektu Evropská dobrovolná služba.
Liquid chromatography methods for analysis of microbial secondary metabolites of bioactive nature
Tylová, Tereza
(EN) This work is focused on development of new analytical methods involving modern solid phase extraction (SPE) for sample purification and pre-concentration, state-of-art ultra high- performance liquid chromatography (UHPLC) for separation of analytes and detection using diode-array detection (DAD) and/or time-of-flight mass spectrometry (ToFMS). The major part of the results has been published in prestigious international journals. The relevant yet unpublished results are included in the thesis as well. Besides a model comparison of various column chemistries used for "ultra-high performance" separations, some meaningful applications were developed. While one part of applications deal with determination of antibiotics as environmental contaminants that are responsible for the development and spread of microbial resistance, the second part is concerned with analyzing and finding of potential natural source of novel antimicrobial agents that can be further used as new antibiotics. The first part of the thesis was focused on the determination of residual antibiotics in different matrices (liquid hog manure, wastewater, surface water). The mostly prescribed antibiotics in both human and veterinary medicine were chosen as analytes in this study employing analytical methods consisting of UHPLC-DAD and...
Direct election of head of state and its influence on the constitutional relations
Tylová, Tereza ; Janstová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Hřebejk, Jiří (referee)
The topic the thesis, "Direct Election of the Head of the State and Its Impact on Constitutional Relationships," has been selected owing to its current relevance, caused by the change of the manner of presidential election which had a historically long tradition in our country. The aim of the paper is to provide a most complex view of the legal modifications of the election of the republic's president, to summarize the theoretical basis, to analyse the legislative procedure and to attempt to comprehensibly present this change of a constitutional law to citizens who might thus receive sufficient information on the issue. Furthermore, the author wishes to make the readers acquainted with the establishment and implementation of direct presidential election together with the manner of the election according to the new legislation, especially in accordance with Act no. 71/2012 Col. and Act no. 275/2012 Col. The thesis consists of nine chapters. In six sub-chapters, the first chapter outlines the history of the presidential election from the establishment of Czechoslovakia throughout the totalitarian period and to the Czech Republic, including a brief summary of the former presidents. The second chapter includes argumentation for and against implementation of the direct election of the republic's president, the...

Determination of endocrine disrupting compounds in wastewater in the Czech Republic.
Langová, Jana ; Cajthaml, Tomáš (advisor) ; Tylová, Tereza (referee)
Endocrine disruptors represent a group of chemical compounds that are able to negatively influence the hormonal system of vertebrates. Environmental Protection Agency (U.S.EPA) defines these compounds as exogenous substance or mixture that interferes with the synthesis, secretion, transport, binding, activity, or degradation of natural hormones. This can be observed at the level of the individual organism, its progeny, populations and subpopulations. All these changes have negative effects on homeostasis, reproduction, development or change the behavior of the affected animals. This work focuses on 7 endocrine disruptors - natural estron, 17β estradiol, estriol, and synthetic 17α-ethynylestradiol, irgasan (triclosan), 4-nonylfenol, bisphenol A in the influent and effluent of wastewater plants in the Czech Republic. The thesis contains an optimization of endocrine disruptors determination in wastewater, a preliminary screening to determinate concentration levels, 24 hours composite samples and monitoring of one selected wastewater plant during a day. The analytical procedure is based on filtration, solid-phase extraction (SPE), gel permeation chromatography (GPC), derivatization and gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC/MS). Keywords: endocrine disruptors, wastewaters, Czech...
