Diploma thesis with topic Artistic and architectural study of urban park rehabilitation focuses on the problem of city's park regeneration and revitalization. The work is divided into literary and result part. The project includes a brief literary research that summarizes basic knowledge of the city park, its functions, and facilities. The literature review includes the specifics of spa parks due to the selected model area. The results provide solutions for the renovation of urban and spa parks and then apply the findings to a particular model area of the park. The project part deals with the architectural study of the selected park area in the spa town Trenčianske Teplice, preceded by a thorough analysis of the territory. The detailed study is elaborated on the western, social part of the park, which is closer to the city center, the eastern part with the recreational character is conceptually worked out.

The main aim of the diploma thesis is, based on knowledge of the legislation regarding a contract for work, to propose recommendations for streamlining examined obligations. Economic and law weaknesses were identified through the analysis of the contracts provided by Municipal office in Adršpach and by Municipal office in Teplice nad Metu-jí. This is followed by proposals to eliminate these negative impacts for both sides of the contractual relationship. Within the work, a qualitative investigation has been done with using techniques of open and half-open interview.

Hodnocení faktorů zdravotního stavu obyvatel hospodářsky problémových regionů České republiky

This diploma thesis deals with evaluation of health factors of inhabitants of economically problematic regions of the Czech Republic. It is mainly based on data obtained mainly from the Czech Statistical Office as well as on data obtained from the Institute of Health Information and Statistics. The districts of Bruntál, Děčín, Hodonín, Chomutov, Jeseník, Karviná, Louny, Most, Ostrava-mesto, Sokolov, Teplice, Ústí nad Labem and Znojmo were designated as economically weak regions. These districts were assessed on the basis of selected health indicators from 2007 and 2016. The indicators were further subdivided into the areas they belonged to. The areas of concern were mortality, morbidity, reproductive health, and health interventions. The health status of the districts was assessed using the composite indicator method and cluster analysis. On the basis of selected district programs from the point of view of the health situation, the method of the composing indicator was determined. The socio-economic situation of the district was found to have an impact on the overall health status, but it was confirmed that not all economically weak districts are below the average in terms of the health situation compared to the Czech Republic.

Využitie kúpeľných kapacít Trenčianske Teplice

The bachelor thesis deals with the utilization of spa capacity in Trenčianske Teplice. The main goal is to analyse the occupancy rate of each spa houses in spa during the years 2012 and 2013 in terms of bed capacity and revenues received for providing services. With the help of quantitative research and information obtained by analysis of marketing communication of spa there is subsequently created a proposal and recommendation to improve the occupancy.

This thesis deals with the solution of practical placement of modern wooden building into a terrain using the software Archicad with following application of the program Artlantis Studio for correction and rendering of visual annex of thesis. The first part contains theoretical assumptions for a geodetic measuring, the legislation asociated with placement of building into a terrain and constructional solution. The next part describes the basic functions of the software ArchiCAD and Artlantis Studio. The last part is focused on the practical fitting of building into the terrain including digital 3D models and incision of the field and the wooden building.

Geologická a dendrologická charakteristika širšího okolí lomů Hranice a Černotín

Adam Volek: Geological and dendrological characteristics of wider area of limestone quarries in Hranice and Černotín The main topic of this thesis is a geological and dendrological characteristics of wider area of limestone quarries in Hranice and Černotín. These quarries are located to the east of Hranice and they are surrounded by villages Černotín, Hluzov and Teplice nad Bečvou. In the theoretical part of this thesis is described the geological structure of the Hranice Paleozoic, especially with a detailed description of Hluzov hill, which is bearing limestone for Cement Factory Hranice. In nearby quarries is located Hranice karst, which is known for its karst hydrothermal activity that gave rise to a unique karst formations. There is also indicated the characteristic structure of the local forest, influenced by the limestone bedrock. In the author's own research, there is attention to the newly formed soils in areas affected by mining activities. It was done a chemical analysis of the soil, the monitoring of succession in both quarries in response to the ongoing reclamation. In the dendrological part of the research, it was compared the structure of the forest belonging to the protected areas and economic forests.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is a new building of an apartment building and elaboration of documentation for construction. The apartment building is located in the spa town in Teplice. The proposed building is designed as a separate, basement, with three above -ground floors, seated on a slightly sloping terrain. In the basement there is the technical background of the apartment building together with cellar cores for individual apartments. On the first floor there are two apartments and one apartment with its own front garden. On the second floor there are two apartments with their own balconies. On the third floor there are two flats as on the second floor. In front of the building there is a large parking lot, the apartment building is designed barrier -free thanks to the internal elevator. The construction system of the building is wall, two -way, above ground floors are brick of ceramic blocks. The peripheral masonry of the basement is bricked from the lost formwork. The horizontal load -bearing structures are prefamonolithic, composed of sweat beams and ceramic inserts Miako. The building is based on the foundation passports and covered with a single -shed flat roof.
