Eliminate structural thermal brigdes

The Bachelor thesis deals with the ways of eliminating thermal bridges in overhanging concrete structures using ISO-beams. The first part of the thesis presents a list of producers who provide ISO-beams in the Czech Republic, a comparison of products according to the transfer of internal forces, and the complete product list of ISO-beams by Schöck GmbH. The second part deals with the calculation of internal forces of particular balconies and design reinforcement.

SIP security

This bachelor thesis focuses on security issues of the SIP signalling protocol. The goal was to carry out three attacks and design defences against them. The chosen attacks were a flood attack, a modified message attack and a man-in-the-middle attack. The attacks were conducted against the Asterisk PBX and the results show that some attacks were able to prevent communication between the PBX and clients. Defensive measures are described for each attack in the mitigation subchapter.

Clouds and Hills Generation Using Fractal Geometry

This work is concerned with generation of landscape objects using fractal geometry. In this work is explained what the fractal is and terms associated with them. The other parts describe basic theoretical ideas and implementation of these algorithms. The Capital theme is generation of models clouds and hills in values of input parameters, their presentation and date media saved there. The project includes my algorithm extension for hills generation of course. At the conclusion of this work are summarized tendencies of next development and my results.

Development of HPLC-MS/MS methods for selected, biologically active compounds

This thesis is focused on the development of an UHPLC-MS/MS method for the determination of lactone and carboxylate form of topotecan in aqueous buffers (Part 1) and on the development of a HPLC-MS/MS method for monitoring the extraction efficiency of 6 organic UV filters from aqueous matrices using deep eutectic solvents and terpenes (Part 2). Topotecan is an important anticancer drug that inhibits topoisomerase I, but only its lactone form is pharmacologically active. In the first part of this work, the change in the ratio of lactone and carboxylate form of topotecan in time was studied as a function of sample pH and the pH of the aqueous component of the mobile phase. For this purpose, a 19-minute UHPLC-MS/MS method with a C18 stationary phase, gradient elution and electrospray ionization in positive mode was developed. It was observed that with an increasing pH of the mobile phase and the pH of the sample, the mass fraction of the carboxylate form of topotecan in the sample increased as well. The same trend was also observed with increasing time since sample preparation. If methanol was added to the sample, a stabilization of the lactone form and a slower transition to the carboxylate form was observed. Linux encryptor of network traffic

This master’s thesis is focused on network traffic encryption on Linux platform. Goal of the thesis was to create an IPv4 network traffic encryptor. The chosen encryption method is encryption of the entire packet on the virtual interface. The encryptor uses methods from classical, quantum and post-quantum cryptography. Network traffic is encrypted with the AES-GCM-256 algorithm with a hybrid key established using QKD and CRYSTALS Kyber.

Portability in zlomekFS

ZlomekFS is a distributed file system created for transparent sharing of directory trees designed for the Linux operating system. This work deals with the possibility of zlomekFS portability to another operating system especially the Microsoft Windows. It also explores the possibility of porting zlomkeFS to the Android operating system.
