The subject of this thesis is the preparation of project documentation multifunctional building. It is a five-storey building with a basement. The roof structure is designed as a single-layer, flat roof. The building is divided into three working parts. Prví part is used for housing. It consists of 18 housing units, one of which is designed for wheelchair use. The second part of the building is intended for the public. This area retail sales. Includes store books, toys shop, newsagent and a hairdressing salon. The last part of it is public garage. It is intended for users of residential units.

My Bachelor's thesis deals with the question of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS). Continual power supply is required in many branches of the industry at the present time. It is very important to provide for question of UPS and it is necessary to evolve that. My qualified work refers to singular types of back-up power supplies, their possibilities and places of application. The work includes the proposal of block scheme for monitor located in the ward of intensive care, defined requires for each type of blocks and proposal of automatic packaging battery with 50Ah capacity.

This thesis deals with legislation and public lighting. Furthermore, this topic is closely related to describing the characteristics of lighting and hygiene levels in comparison with the IEC standards. The work focuses on theoretical training, follow-field measurement and analysis of data obtained. The paper discussed aspects related to the light, physiology of vision and optical comfort. Outdoor lighting and its technical characteristics. Brief description of standards and their use in planning practical measurement of public lighting. A substantial part of the work is focused on graphical analysis of values and their comparison with the standard.

This diploma thesis is looking for how to solve the optimal financing of the revitalization of dwelling. It is looking for any options of financing, which are offered by financial market today. The thesis compares the offers of the financial institutions and the choices of financing the revitalization. It shows possibilities of savings in the form of endowments as a state guaranteed programs „Panel“ and „Zelená úsporám“.

Diploma thesis Implementation of modular web based application deals with web modular systems. The aim of web modular system is to allow creating universal web presentation without necessity of creation new systems. Diploma thesis is devided into couple parts. Advantages of modular solution of web systems are highlighted in the first part and after that is analyzed the current situation of this problem. In the next part is designed own web modular system above all its kernel, modules and data model. In the final part is described own implementation of own designed system. The most stress is layed on security of the system. In the conclusion is summed up own solution and its most advantages.

Family house

The topic of this thesis is to design the new building of the house. The aim is to develop project documentation for building construction. The work includes studies, drawing and text. The new building is intanded for permanent housing four member family. The building is designed as a one-story house with partial basement. It is covered with a gable roof of wooden rafters, without the use of attic space. Part of the house is a garage for two cars. The house is made of brick blocks Porotherm, plan dimensions of the building are 27.5 x 10, 88 m. House is located on the still undeveloped land on gently sloping terrain.

Strategic Ambiguity: U.S. Policy Towards Taiwan since 1987 Jana Sehnálková Abstract This dissertation focuses on U.S.-Taiwan relations in the context of U.S.-China relations. It examines the development of mutual ties since the end of the 1980s when Taiwan started its transition towards democracy, which changed the dynamics of the relationship among Washington, Beijing, and Taipei. The dissertation also analyzes which events and issues impacted the development of mutual relations and examines U.S. reaction to such phenomena. These include, for example, the Beijing Massacre of 1989, Taiwan Strait crisis of 1995-1996, or the rise of China, which influenced the position, politics, and international space of Taiwan and with which the United States has to cope. The dissertation particularly focuses on the following questions: What motivates the United States to continue its support of Taiwan? How does Beijing react to such support and how does this impact the U.S.-China relations? The analysis concludes that the United States continuing support for Taiwan is motivated by ideological and strategic goals. G. Hays II American "Foreign Policy" in Film Abstract This work takes David Campbell's concept of "foreign policy," as applied to American elite identifiers, and expands its application to sub-elite identifiers as well. As with Campbell's analysis of American identity, the common context is international conflicts where the United States is a participant. The discourse of the elite is represented by State of the Union Addresses covering the times of the conflicts, while the sub-elite discourse is represented by major war films about those same conflicts. While Campbell's argument implies that there should be a common resultant identification of the elite and sub-elite identifiers, this is not the case. Across time, conflicts, and administrations, the elite identifications stress hierarchy and order, as was also concluded by Campbell. Across time, conflicts, and productions, the sub-elite identifications stress proximity of experience and right action. The identifications of the two groups, while both laying claim to the identity of "America", are in conflict with each other.
