The aim of this bachelors thesis is to compile an analysis competitivensess for company Sportisimo s. r. o. by using strategic analysis and to suggest recommendations to improve competitiveness based on results from strategic analysis. This thesis divided to an theoretical part and practical part. The first, theoretical part contains definitions of competition, competitiveness a description of tools of strategic analysis. Practical part consists of company introduction, macro and micro environment analysis and analysis of internal resources of the company. Pest analysis and Porters 5 forces modul were used to analyse the external environment. Internal resources were analysed by strategic analysis of internal resources. Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats are summed up in Swot analysis. In the end can be found recommendations for improvement of competitiveness of the company.

The Aim of this bachelors thesis is to compile an competition analysis of the firm iStyle, s.r.o. And to suggest recommendations to improve competitiveness and position on the market for the future development of the firm. The thesis is divides in two parts which are theoretical and practical. The theoretical part contains demarcation of basic concepts and methods related to compiling the analysis of competition. The practical part contains the introduction of the analysed firm, analysis of the external with help of Pest analysis and Porters modul of 5 forces and analysis of internal environment. Penultimate chapter belongs to Swot analysis, where I summarize all the analysis. The last chapter belongs to proposals and recommendations based on compiled analysis.

Analysis of competition in the services market

The thesis deals with the analysis of market competition hairdressing services, concretely with analysis of three salons which provide hairdressing services in the Centre of Prague. Preliminary I present and define key terms that play basic role in the analysis of competition in the chosen field (competition, the specifics of hairdressing market, the specifics of consumer behavior). To make my own research I elected standards that influence customers when they choose a hairdressing salon, and I created questionnaire. During valuation I commented point gains. Total score were used to to evaluate the competitive position of hairdressing salons in the market.

The aim of this work is to perform a competitive analysis of the company ŠKODA a. s. Using strategic analysis and based on the findings suggest recommendations to increase competitiveness. The bachelor thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. It contains basic definitions competition competitiveness and description of tools of strategic analysis. The practical part consists the introduction of the company, analysis of micro and macro environment and analyzes the internal resources of the enterprise. Analysis of the external environment is described by the PEST analysis and Porter´s model 5 competitive forces. The analysis used the company´s strategic analysis of internal resources company. At the conclusion of this work are given the strengths and weaknesses of the company and the recommendation to increase the company´s competitiveness.

Climate operation at the turn of the 18th and 19th century in memories of F.J. Vavák

This thesis focuses on documentary sources, mainly chronicles and memoirs of historical and contemporary terms and their use for meteorological purposes. The climate in the end 18th and the beginning 19th centuries, influenced mainly conclude the Little Ice Age, which was characterized by a strong cooling and temperature fluctuations. Memories of F. J. Vavák, neighbour and mayor of Milčice were investigated from the years 1770 to 1816 and evaluated records on weather and other factors affecting the climate and the evolution of agricultural crops between the years 1770-1816. This work also describes the historical context and inclusion in the context of historical and climatological during arising from the memories of František J. Vavák and impact on the life of the time population.

Climate change caused by volcanic eruptions

This Bachelor thesis is engaged in climate changes caused by volcanic eruptions and explains, why after major volcanic eruptions follow volcanic winters. The first chapter shows the formation of volcanic activity and relations to climate changes. In three parts of the second chapter are described sectional factors (solar activity, problems of ocean currents and at-mospheric flow) to climate changes. In the third chapter are mentioned issues of science discipline of paleoclimatology and historical climatology, which combines a lot of disciplines as a geology, botany, zoology and more. The fourth chapter presents the main part of the work, because in this part is a description of the selected major volcanic eruptions of the last millennium and their consequences in the period after an explosion from the viewpoint of abnormalities in the weather. In conclusion of the Bachelor thesis is a search for an answers to question: Risks of powerful eruptions in the future and their impact on the human population.

The proposal fish ladder

This graduation theses describes the design of the fish ladder at the dam in Brno (district Přízřenice). In the introduction I mentioned migration patterns of fish. For a better understanding outlined and fish behaviour associated with migration, some fish undertake long voyages others migrate only a few meters. Extremely important is that for most species of fish migration is important for their survival, whether breeding or feeding.
Middle part is focused for water structures and water flow, specifically to the list of dams and their distribution from different perspectives. Nowadays the progress should go ahead with nature and technical buildings. The work also has a list of fish ladders with their description and evaluation of suitability.
The last part is dedicated to the design of fish passage in Přízřenice. The weir has been built on a 35,293 river km river Svratka. In this part of the work is summarized description of the location in which it is proposed fish passage. Furthermore, the list of the most abundant fish stocks at a fishing ground Svratka 3.

Little ice age in the documentary sources

This diploma thesis focuses on the description of the period called Little Ice Age based on documentary sources information and the early meteorological measurements. This phase lasted approximatelly from 13th century till mid 19th century. I also mention the possible causes and important historical contexts in the thesis, on which climate change associated with Little Ice Age could have considerable influence. While searching for information on a particular topic, I relied on the assumptions of the books of worlds authors and on chronicles records.

The Bachelors thesis Climate of the foothills of Krkonoše mountains according to archival sources is concerned with the study of climate in the northern lower part of The Giant Mountains, it describes important climatic events of this part and focuses particularly on extreme weather changes including atmospheric events. The information provided in this work is predominantly gained from historic sources and meteorological yearbooks.
The main focus is on two periods. It briefly describes the period before the Second World War From whitch exist only a few resource, and in much greater detail the period of the years 1945-1995.
The purpose of this Bachelors thesis, based on examined data and figures, is to generally summarize climate and development of the northern lower part of The Giant Mountains. The work might be later used as one of the many bases for another examination of the influence of. And then you can add touristic manual and books about region.

The climate in Ždár Peaks as described in documentary sources

The Protected Landscape Area Žďárské vrchy is in this bacherol´s work "The climate in Žďár Peaks as described in documentary sources" put into climate-historic context, particularly with regard to frequency of meteorological extremes and their impact on society. The importance is enhanced by the mere fact, that for the inhabitants of the Bohemian-Moravian Highlands, the knowledge of the then climate was a key for success-not only in economic development, but mainly in personal life, where this knowledge played a crucial role for their survival.
The starting point of this thesis is the definition of the discussed area, the definition of documentary sources from the perspective of climate and the characteristics of weather extremes. Historical data were taken from archives, mainly from nearby archives and from chronicles from the region of Žďárské vrchy and surrounding areas. The core for this thesis is the period before 1900, when scientific measurements were not used. Valuable reports are then the records of weather, climate conditions, catastrophes, but also about the deaths of bell-ringers. The information about grain fertility, crops or harvests are important, as well. According to character of the weather in the chosen area, the records are divided into author´s own seven-stage scale of extreme phenomena and they are put into local and regional context. The assessment is carried out by using tables, in which years are characterised according to genuine climatic conditions. Despite deviations caused by insufficient amount of data and inaccurate measurement, the data in question are similar to other observed proxy data. The study of climate in the Protected Landscape Area Žďárské vrchy in historical context can supplement climate-historical database and other research.
Climate of the past centuries in the region Žďárské vrchy shows that extreme events were common in there. Every year, people had to cope with harsh weather conditions. Why is then the question of weather extremes still open? The future threatens with global climate changes. If people do not stop governing the nature, the natural climate cycle will disrupt anthropogenic evolution.
