The bachelor thesis is concentrated on analysing the customer satisfaction with Globus ČR k.s. Several analyses, which are part of this thesis, have been performed. The company itself was analysed based on information from the external and internal environment and the level of customer satisfaction was verified by a questionnaire survey. Based on this information, several suggestions have been made that could lead to an increase in customer satisfaction with this company.

The subject of the master´s thesis is to develop a business plan for a new guesthouse in tourist area in Šumperk. A part of the work contains theoretical findings, I mean something about tourism and business, also explains the basic concepts and specific business methods. Analytical part evaluates the market environment and individual analysis. The output of this work is developing a business plan, describes the realization, complexity and risk of the project.

Diploma thesis with satisfied customers of fitness center Lipovka Relax club. Based on results of sectorial analyses there were made up proposals there in order to increase satisfaction of customers. The theoretical part is characterized in the first part of the thesis. The next part analyzes the current situation using the internal and external environment of the selected company. The search questionnaire is investigated by the current state of customer satisfaction. In the last parts of future data, concrete proposals to increase customer satisfaction are evaluated and published.
Development of Business Activities of a Travel Agency

The bachelor thesis deals with the development of business activities of a franchise of travel agency Invia located in Kuřim close to Brno. In the theoretical part are explained the significant concepts and are defined the analysis, which are going to be subsequently apply. The output of the bachelor thesis is a proposal of a foundation of its own travel agency which will help to extend an offer, to increase competitiveness and also overall profits of the company.

Obsah této bakalářské práce se zabývá marketingovou komunikací obchodů EXE Jeans. Tyto obchody prodávají smíšené zboží od více značek a jsou rozšířeny v oblasti celé České republiky. V první části práce jsou pokryty a vysvětleny teoretické pojmy úzce spjaty se zadaným tématem. V druhé, praktické části se pak dále zaměřuji na analýzu současného stavu vybrané společnosti, jejího prostředí a možných zlepšení v návrhové části, které jsou hlavním cílem této práce.

Theoretical, analytical and proposal part. The main goal is to design the most effective communication so the company will be better known in the domestic and foreign market.
