Multipurpose Town House on Křížová Street, Brno

One of the main objectives is to organize the space into inner courtyard, to define a relationship between the house and surrouding areas, like street and inner courtyard. Current courtyards of the bylcony houses represent a kind of second layer of the city – private zone. Space, which is owned by someone, which has its own scheme and charm in city lifestyle context. Unclear space runs deep into the inner courtyard is defined by three new residential wings and becomes the eleventh courtyard which, will offer comfort gardens and recreational areas for residents. Another important factor is also a fact that we design not only the house but also the whole one side of the street, and there is no corner of the street by now. The new design of both hips when we eject the whole mass before today's bare boards into the street is fair to the satisfaction of cars that disappear from the street - leaving only the tram, a narrow profile so never mind. The opposite principle of a closed block of flats is linear, to the square oriented vertical mass of the townhouse. In place of intersection of two objects there is a quiet green bay, which is the added value of the house in the public space. Vertical brings the last missing facade and at the same time created a full quality corner of the southern mouth of the Mendel Square.

The Municipal Baths

Main task was to create architectural design of city wellness building. Building is situatec beetween hotel Voroněž and the river Svratka. Building contains entrance space, swimming pools, changing rooms, rest room, service space. Sauna, massage, fittness, restaurant is also part of building. Structure respond to several fenomens- car transport system, style of hotel Voroněž, urban situation-relationship beetween city and river. Shape of mass was inspired by elements of deconstructivism style. Building construction is created by reinforced concrete frame, non-bearing part of walls is wooden frame. The detail of city wellness building is included in low-energy standard. Technical equipment is based on modern trends and technologies.

The Municipal Baths

The theme of the project is an architectural design of a municipal baths situated in a space between a Voroněž hotel and Svratka river in city Brno. The project contains design of urban space in reference to the ground surrounding and the architectural, disposal, structural and material design of the building for municipal baths at the demanded place.

This project design the municipal baths in Brno. The main idea of the project is based on connection between water, Red Hill, and sensual perception. Through various usages of light, shape, and meaning, the project tries to evoke various feelings. The project uses innovative technologies as well as materials to support such feelings.

This thesis project is describing a new object of municipal baths in a specific urban environment. It is a building of social and recreational character. The primary content is therefore not a sports pool with lanes, but pools and areas intended for relaxation. The building contains an entrance area, changing rooms, swimming pools, rest areas and service rooms. It also includes saunas, massage rooms, café and ancillary premises.

Slovene National Theatre in Ljubljana

The basic idea of project is design national Slovenian theater in Kongresni Trg square in Ljubljana in Slovenia. The building place is located in the middle of complex of historical buildings in the centre of city. I was creating new square which will be used like modern alternativ theater scene. Main theater building is the view point of theater. Flats, comercial places, caffe and restaurants are also components of the theater square.

Obchodování s ropou na komoditních burzách

Diplomová práce pojednává o obchodech s futures kontrakty na ropu na světových komoditních burzách. Analyzuje faktory, které působí na tvorbu cen ropy. Provádí srovnání tvorby spotových cen a cen futures a analyzuje závislost mezi spotovou a forwardovou cenou. Dále rozebírá vztah mezi cenami dvou základních druhů ropy - americké WTI a severomořské Brent.
