Revitalization of the Central Station and the Underpass Beneath

Current Status Because we are waiting for transfer of the station, the railway is in a deplorable state. Technical and capacity (we can check 30 000 passengers per hour, during the fair is required 50 000 passengers per hour). During the reconstruction is needed to create a network of stations that are interconnected with the public transport. The train will become part of public transport and reduce the burden on the main station node. Move or don't move? The question which is difficult to answer. Both options have their advantages and disadvantages, and they are changing over time. The situation has changed very much in the advent of the financial crisis. Therefore, it should be professional discussion leading to the optimal solution. This does not happen, politicians are divided into two groups already know in advance that their pproposal is the best. Afterwards, looking for a reasons. I decided to check the option not move. The biggest drawback of this option is problematic construction (in service or temporary move). The biggest advantage is its link to public transport and the proximity to the town. Region Connection to the region is very important for me. This I see as a advantage of Brno, which should be further developed. Together with the development of public transport, automobile transport should be reduced. Barrier My work is trying to disprove the idea that the railway creates a barrier. On the contrary, I try to look at rail as a place that connects. Not only each stop, but the parts of the town as well. Construction Reinforced concrete arches are arranged in a triangle layout, creating a spatial truss. There is a train station in it. Trains ar placed on it. Typology The station is treated as free space, which is subsequently filled with different functions.These functions may be, if necessary, modified.

Stavebně technický průzkum sýpky v Zábřehu

The work is focused on structural and technical exploration of contribution granary in Zábřeh. Granary is among the cultural monuments. The survey was focused on how to determine the current state of the object.The task was to identify and locate the fault and the scope of individual damage wood and truss construction. The survey was carried out using sensory methods. Component of this work is to propose the best use of the granaries in the future.The result of the survey is a complete technical report STP about the physical condition of the wooden structure and roof, with a proposal for remedial measures. The second output is a proposal for the use of granaries with regard to cultural heritage.

This Master's Thesis "Controlling as an instrument for management in the company KORADO, a.s." deals with methods and instruments of controlling in the company KORADO, a.s. The goals of the thesis are three-fold: a description of theoretical assumptions, comparison of the practice in the company with these assumptions and suggested changes to controlling procedures in this company. The theoretical part outlines methodological approach for controlling goals and how they are organized, the company's planning and reporting as well as methods and instruments used by the controlling function. The practical part of the thesis deals with the methods actually used by the company. Suggested changes to the company's controlling are set in the conclusion of the practical part based on the theoretical assumptions and their comparison to the practice of the company's praxis.

Analysis of customer behaviour in spa resort

The diploma paper is in early part mainly focus on marketing, marketing research and possibility of marketing development in the field. During theoretical part thesis is working with specific problems of marketing in spa and hotel industry. Following chapter is talking mainly about charakteristic of specific spa hotel, its desciption, effects of environment, marketing strategy and competition analysis. Point of primary resaearch is analysis of customer satisfaciton survey during years 2008-2009 and comparing results with data form survey in 2004-2007. Base of this research, the last part of paper is suggesting several solutions in order to increase of parity of the spa hotel in upcomming years.
