The main aim of my diploma thesis is to choose the most sutaible option of loan financing of business activities of individual in simulated conditions. The first part is followed to summary of theoretical knowledges about loans issues which are loan analysis specifically interest, loan application, repayment, protection, risks and types of loans, then loan markets, loan unions and central bank and loans. The second part is aimed to analysis of specific cases of getting loans, morgages and leasing for entrepreneurs and citizens and it´s following evaluation. Then there is comparison of the best options. In conclusion of this part there are analysis and all the results of current situation of getting loans for entrepreneurs in Czech republic.

Diplomová práce primárně řeší zda jsou exotické opce vhodné pro zajištění kurzových rizik a přináší návrh vhodné aplikace exotických opcí. Práce je zaměřena na úzkou skupinu exotických opcí, tzv. Path-Dependent opce. Tři často používané typy těchto opcí jsou analyzovány a testovány jak mezi sebou tak pro lepší porovnání i s klasickou vanilla opcí. Hlavním výstupem diplomové práce je návrh vhodného využití testovaných exotických opcí.

The purpose of the dissertation "An optimalization of an external funding of the prospectus" is to examine financial analyses of particular business connected with the business development. The present study aims to explore actual finance of the particular business and asset of the business. Moreover the analytical report examine Business development strategy. The dissertation is engaged also in analysis of investment credit and finacial leasing offers and benchmarking of both. The main purpose of the financial analyses is suggestion of the financing of the prarticular company.

Diploma thesis deals with analysis of investment posibilities in the Czech Republic. It is focused on Czech stock market and Czech bond market. The aim of this thesis is to make an appropriate choise for financial investment of the enterprise with regard to its investment strategy and present economic situation, paying regard to circumstances that currently exist on financial market.
