Patterns of heated tobacco products usage among women: qualitative research

Introduction: A relatively new trend that has been gaining popularity in recent years is heated tobacco, which has been on the Czech market since 2017. Although the number of users of heated tobacco products in the Czech Republic is increasing, the phenomenon is still relatively under-mapped. There is also very little information on the gender specificities of the use of heated tobacco. Therefore, this study focuses on mapping and describing the patterns of use of heated tobacco products among women who have switched from using conventional cigarettes to heated tobacco products. Aims: The main aim of the research is to map the patterns of use of heated tobacco products among chosen women in the adult population of tobacco users in the Czech Republic. The sub-objectives are to describe the nature of heated tobacco product, find out what motivated female users to switch to heated tobacco products. And what are the typical situations when women use the device. Sample: the research sample was selected by simple intentional (purposive) sampling method, combined with snowball sampling method. Addictive behavior in relation to modern technologies and the internet in children of early school age

Introduction: This thesis deals with addictive behavior in relation to modern technologies in children of early school age. Modern technologies are part of the lives of ever younger children, but it is not entirely known what effect the use of these technologies has on a child's development at this age, his cognitive or social abilities. Objectives: The aim of this research was to map the addictive behavior on modern technologies in children of early school age. Following the patterns of use of modern technology that children show, what opinion the parent and the child themself have about the use of modern technologies by children, and what is the difference between these two opinions. Also, the aim of this research was to describe what rules or restrictions parents set within the use of modern technologies by their children. Sample: The sample consisted of 8 parents of children of early school age and the children themselves. From each parent one child at age 6-9 years. The selection was made by the method of simple intentional (purposeful) selection. Methods: The research part of this thesis was performed in a qualitative form. Financial analysis of AAA AUTO Group

This graduate thesis summarizes and comments the development of AAA AUTO Group during the period 2007 -- 2011. This was achieved by application of financial indicators, such as horizontal and vertical analysis, profitability, liquidity and activity indices, economic value added indicator and others. These were described in the introductory part and afterwards applied on the financial data of the Group in the second part. With their help this thesis evaluated the total economic health of the AAA AUTO Group.
