Functional typization of built-up area of the town of České Budějovice and project of price map for residential area

The bachelor thesis deals with identification and inner differentiation of urban area of the town of České Budějovice based on the functional typization of land use.Introduction concentrates on delimitation of urban area of the town of České Budějovice itself and for better understanding of development of particular functional areas there is also a brief reference to urban development of the town of České Budějovice. The next part dedicates to detailed typology of residential built-up areas in delimited urban areas of the town that was created by the author after his field research.This typology of residential built-up area is the main key for orientation in the project of price maps which are found in the final part of the work. The final part analyzes the average price of one square metre in the basic types of housing in particular parts of the town of České Budějovice. The final synthesis tries to register and define the basic factors which influence the differences in prices. The gained results of work are transferred to the geographical information system GIS for the needs of the final synthesis and visualisation.

Comparison of the Requirements for Getting a Loan from Building Society

In my Bachelor's thesis called Comparison of the Requirements for Getting a Loan from Building Society I primarily focus on the issue, whether there is a significant difference between the requirements which a client has to fulfill in order to get a loan. In order to answer this question, I compare the level of difficulty in meeting the requirements of the tariffs which are currently being offered by the Czech building societies on the market. I also compare the tariffs with respect to their SKLV. In the first part I focus on the general introduction of building society and try to emphasize its specifics. After that I look closely at the requirements for a loan and define the terms I will be using in the rest of the paper. I further introduce the tariffs and types of clients I use for the comparison. In the next part I do the comparison of tariffs with respect to the requirements and also the value of SKLV. I came to the conclusion that the individual tariffs differ considerably from one another, especially because they are designed for different optimal regular deposits and meeting the requirements will take various amount of time. Therefore, clients should clarify their preferences and capabilities and choose the tariff that suits them best accordingly.

Influence of single legislation on market effectiveness in EU

This bachelor thesis supplies the view of market effectiveness like complex of factors, which mutual interact and single legislation plays important role in this area. These factors are presented in first chapter and set in relationship. Second chapter presents perception of markets during eyes of subjects, which move on them and interfere with different legislation like barrier of theirs activities. Third chapter considers with opportunities of influence these subjects on legislation through legislation process in EU and implementation process.

Data Governance

Data Governance představuje nový směr v řízení dat ve společnosti, který přistupuje k datům jako k podnikovým aktivům. Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na popis programu Data Governance a jeho základních komponent. Cílem práce je charakteristika tohoto způsobu řízení dat a srovnání přístupů vybraných systémových integrátorů. Výstupem práce bude přehled těchto přístupů a vymezení jejich odlišností. V první části popisuji principy Data Gevernance a jeho základní komponenty. Další kapitola se věnuje organizační struktuře tohoto programu a jeho rolím. Třetí a čtvrtá kapitola rozebírá technické aspekty programu, které představují metadata a nástroje. V páté kapitole stručně popisuji implementaci a její fáze. Na závěr představím vybrané přístupy k Data Governance a popíšu jejich odlišnosti.

The Great Depression and Its Influence on the Czechoslovak Economy

Diplomová práce pojednává o hospodářském a politickém vývoji Československa v období krize v letech 1929-1936. V práci budou popsány události dle jednotlivých sektorů národního hospodářství, zejména pak v průmyslu, zemědělství a mezinárodním obchodě. Sociální situace bude vysvětlena z pohledu vývoje nezaměstnanosti a finančního sektoru. Cílem práce je analyzovat rozdílnosti dopadů Velké hospodářské krize na jednotlivé oblasti československého hospodářství. Zároveň bude zohledněn i vliv politické situace. Rozebrány budou zejména výsledky parlamentních voleb (1929 a 1934) a vliv státních zásahů na ekonomiku.
