Pospíšilová, Lucie ; Jiřinová, Kateřina (advisor) ; Schinková, Natálie (referee)
The aim of this thesis is to identify innovation opportunities, which will serve to encourage individuals with inborn metabolic disorder phenylketunuria (also PKU) to comply with their strict dietary restrictions. The theoretical part of the thesis is devoted to the definition of basic concepts of innovation and techniques of Design thinking focusing on the Human-centered design approach. Futhermore the reader will find introduction into inborn metabolic disorder phenylketonuria. The practical part contains a plan of research, description of the current situation on the Czech market, outputs of research with experts, outputs of the workshop with individuals with PKU and the identification of innovation opportunities and recommendations.

The observation of qualitative characteristics of adipose tissue in pigs with regard to different live weight and sex
Pospíšilová, Lucie ; Okrouhlá, Monika (advisor) ; Michaela, Michaela (referee)
The aim of this study was to determine, the influence of gender and the live weight on qualitative indicators of adipose tissue. A total of 40 pigs were divided into four groups according to gender (barrows, immunocastrates, young boars and gilts). According to live weight, these individuals were divided into two groups: up to
104.9 kg of live weight and up from 105 kg of live weight.
The influence of gender and live weight on production indicators were examined
as follows: daily feed consumption, average daily gain and conversion ratio, as well
as colour and perforation of fat, fat content of neck, ham, loin and shoulder, fatty acid content and histology of fat cells. Daily food consumption was statistically significant with respect to gender, when the highest consumption was measured in barrows
to 104.9 kg of live weight (3.97 kg) and the lowest consumption was measured in gilts
of the same live weight (3.09 kg). The live weight had significant effect on the average daily gain. It had been proved, that increasing daily gain grew up with live weight.
The lowest daily gain had the immunocastrates from 104.9 kg of live weight (991.43 g) and the highest gain had barrows of live weight above 105 kg (1211.79 g). Furthermore, it was found that the average feed conversion is reduced in pigs above 105 kg of live weight.
Physical quality indicators of fat were not statistically significant, however, according to the test results the lowest values of fat perforation were measured in both cases in barrows in 104.9 kg of live weight (lower 40.39 N upper 52.79 N), indicating that barrows to 104.9 kg of bodyweight have the most delicate fat.
In the study of the fat content in the main meat parts, the most statistically significant differences were in the content of intramuscular fat between genders, namely in slaughter parts of ham and shoulder. The highest content of intramuscular fat in ham was measured in gilts to 104.9 kg of live weight (5.18%) and the lowest content in young boars to 104.9 kg of live weight (0.73%). At the shoulder, the highest intramuscular fat content was measured in barrows to 104.9 kg (2.86%) of live weight and the lowest in gilts to 104.9 kg of live weight (1.79%). Generally, the test results shows, that barrows have the most IMF, whereas the gilts have the lowest.
Regarding to fatty acids content, the most significant differences were measured
in content of saturated fatty acids, where the highest percentage was measured in barrows above 105 kg of live weight (52.15%), contrary the lowest content was measured in young boars to 104.9 kg of live weight (49.2%).
Fat cells histology showed no statistical significance barrows to 104.9 kg of live weight had the largest area of fat cells, while the smallest area of fat cells was detected in young boars of live weight above 105 kg.
Statistical significance for other indicators have not been established.

Heating of a nursery school
Pospíšilová, Lucie ; Čupr, Karel (referee) ; Treuová, Lea (advisor)
Bacelor thesis attends to heating concept for kindergarten. The teoretical part deals with building ventilation issue for school unit and comfortable environment. It describes heater distribution in terms of heat trasnfer and end component units. In conclusion, variants of heat source for heating are characterized. Computational part contains heating design for each room in combination with heater and hot water underfloor heating. It also solves hot water exchanger calculation for forced vantilation of specific rooms. There is heat source design, hot water production and other required devices for system, which is part of calculations as well.

Management produktové kategorie v maloobchodu
Pospíšilová, Lucie ; Koudelka, Jan (advisor) ; Tahal, Radek (referee)
The aim of the thesis is to describe the Czech retail industry and the practice used in the category management. The work compares and evaluates the current state of the ice-cream category management in different retail chains and recommends changes for the next ice-cream season for one of the retailers. The description of the retail industry and the introduction set the background for the thesis and the explanation of the continuous category management provides the framework for the analysis. The empirical part conducts the category planning step by step. The key parts are category assessment and category scorecard, which benchmark different stores in terms of assortment, display, price, and promo. Finally recommendations and conclusions are derived from the analysis to improve the category performance.

Manufacturing process analysis of a specific product in the pharmaceutical industry
Pospíšilová, Lucie ; Martínez, Felipe (advisor) ; Hykš, Ondřej (referee)
Bachelor thesis utilizes lean tools to improve manufacturing process and suggest effective recommendations. The aim of this thesis is to use process mapping to identify possible wastes. The first part contains characterization of the pharmaceutical industry, market definition and classification of a company Zentiva Group a.s. The second part describes terms of lean manufacturing and analytic process tools used in the practical part. Process tools are applied to a manufacturing process of solid dosage forms mainly analgesic Ibalgin. Different kinds of process maps are used to show material and information flows and details of operations. In conclusion there are suggested improvements for some operations in the process, which were determined as weak spots according to the process maps.

Posouzení zdravotního stavu vybraných smrkových porostů na revíru Lipina, Lesní správa Prostějov
Pospíšilová, Lucie
In the second half of the last century, a decline of secondary spruce stands emerged to an increased extent. This fact is connected with incorrect species composition of woody plants, low resistance, gradual temperature increase and rainfall decrease, increased occurrence of insects and fungal pathogens. This theses aims to objectify causes of spruce decline in the Forestry District in Prostějov, the forest Lipina, the forest stands Zadní hory, to evaluate the impact of abiotic and biotic stress factors, to outline passibilities of damage reduction and prolongation of spruce existence in unsuitable localities provided that spruce cover is transformed into mixed cover.
