Regional languages in the French educational system
Pokorná, Monika ; Kalfiřtová, Eva (advisor) ; Jančík, Jiří (referee)
Beginning section of this thesis named Regional languages in the French education system is focused on a terminology concerning regional languages. Further content is focused on the history of languages in France since the Roman campaign on Gaul territory and the latinization of this region until the democratization of regional languages towards regular French. An important role in French education system development was played by education laws that are thoroughtly discussed in text of this thesis. The current distribution of regional languages in France and teaching of these languages in French schools is described in the next part of the thesis. This part is primarily focused on the four regional languages: Basque, Breton, Catalan and Occitan. Laws that permited the education of regional languages in France and faciliated the foundation of institutions intended to support these regional languages are also covered within this section. The research of today's state of Occitan in everyday life of Nîmes residents is covered in final part of this thesis. Occitan was chosen as the representative model of regional language. Factors affecting deposition of selected antimicrobial substances into the egg structures
Pokorná, Monika ; Javůrková, Veronika (advisor) ; Svobodová, Jana (referee)
Both during the ovogenesis and immediately after the laying is a bird egg exposed to strong pressure from the microorganisms which are able to penetrate the egg through eggshell pores and infect its inner structures. With regard to the proved negative effects on hatchability, viability and phenotype of offspring, a cascade of obstacles has evolved which are able to minimize the risk of bacterial infection. The deposition of antimicrobial components into the eggshell and the egg white is considered to be one of them. A whole group of egg white proteins belong to them, among which lysozyme and ovotransferrin, which are also partially deposited into the eggshell and cuticular layer of the eggshell, dominate with their antimicrobial effect. The implication of the newest studies is that the microbial protection of the egg can be also performed by the eggshell pigments - biliverdin and protoporphyrin, which protect the egg from being colonized by microorganisms with an increased UV light and regulation of conductivity and water vapour condensation on the egg surface. Even though the presence of these antimicrobial components in different structures of the egg has been proved, there is no known comparative study which addresses the relation between deposition of selected antimicrobial components into...

Cytokinins and plant senescence
Pokorná, Monika ; Lipavská, Helena (advisor) ; Kutík, Jaromír (referee)
Senescence is a natural process, which is a part of plant developmental programme. However, the onset of senescence can be greatly influenced by external conditions. An important part of plant senescence is a senescence of leaves manifested by chloroplasts breakdown. That is connected to mobilization of nitrogen contained in proteins, which provide their function. However, the correct timing of natural senescence is substantive for the plant. The initiation as well as the process of natural senescence is influenced by several factors. Senescence is in varying degrees controlled by phytohormones, regulation factors and it is also driven by epigeneticall processes. Leaf senescence can be caused by several exogenous (light conditions, temperature, water and mineral availability, pathogen attack) and internal (carbohydrate levels, hormones, age, developmental stage) conditions. As well as many other developmental stages, senescence is greatly regulated by phytohormones. Ethylene, abscisic acid, salicyl acid and methyljasmonate support leaf aging, on contrary cytokinins delay senescence associated processes. Studying of cytokinin with chlorophyll analysis is an important part of every study of senescence. This work summarizes literature information of regulation of senescence with an accent on the role...

Presentation of France in geographic and travel magazines published in Czech Republic
Práce obsahuje i popis metodologie tvorby dané práce, závěr shrnující zjištěné poznatky a obrazové přílohy doplňující předkládané informace.
