Quality Management System from ISO 9001:2015 Point of View in Chosen Company

The goal of this Bachelor´s Thesis is to analyse current quality management system in KART company, compare it with current requirements of ISO 9001:2015 standard and suggest possible changes in the future for meeting the requiremens of this standard. In the beginning of this Thesis is the introduction to the quality management in business and ISO standards, including benefits of application of these standards to the organizations, current requrements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and the description of the used methods. In the second part of this Thesis is the introduction of the KART company, valuation of fulfilling requirements of the new standard revison with current quality management system in the company and identification of needed changes. It is continued by propositions, like formulations of the texts to the quality manual, table suggestions and others, for accoplishing the changes in quality managements system in the future. In order to achieve fulfilling the requirements of the standard, including the manual for processing suggested material.

Implementation of environmental management system according to ISO 14001 into the firm

The diploma thesis provides proposal to implementation of environmental management system according to ISO 14001 into the Diafrikt Compponents s.r.o. subject of business of this firm is production of metal-ceramic friction materials. There were analyzed a performance of requirements ISO 14001 standards and the diploma thesis proposes the process of implementation of these requirements into the management system. The basic processes and documents as environmental policy, targets and target values were defined. Based on this analysis, the company takes an integrated view of their access to anvironmental care and the suggestions and guidance of the continual improvement of its environmental profile was provided.

Application of LEAN management in healthcare centre

The Master's Thesis reviews the application of Lean management methods in the healthcare sector. The theoretical section describes the background of Lean process management - its history, principles, methods and tools. The methods currently used to manage processes in the healthcare sector are then described. The practical section of the thesis tests whether these processes could be improved by implementing a Lean methodology. A project was undertaken in a healthcare centre where the principles, tools and methods described in the theoretical section were applied. The project consisted of five phases, according to DMAIC cycle. The conclusion of the Master Thesis summarises the findings and results which evidence the improvement of the processes in this specific healthcare centre after the implementation of a Lean methodology.

Corporate Social Responsibility in profesional football clubs

Main focus of this thesis is social responsibility in professional football clubs of Europe. The theoretical part first of all describes the concept of corporate social responsibility with the most important characteristics and then explains some specifics of sport in economic terms. In the last part of the theoretical part offers an introduction of international and European football associations. In the practical part, the author describes and reviews the socially responsible activities of these organizations, followed by a comparison of European football leagues from the same perspective. Major part of practical part is focused on the most successful Czech football club AC Sparta Prague. Based on current activities and on a survey of club´s fans, a set of recommendations has been created for future socially responsible activities of the club.

The Master´s Thesis is focused on reporting of Corporate Social Responsibility. The purpose of this thesis is create CSR report for company PATRIA Kobylí, a.s. Theoretical part is dedicated to formation, development and current forms CSR, including advantages and disadvantages CSR. Besides three pillars are mentioned, which are basis for the concept CSR. A part of thesis is focused on CSR reporting, its benefits and trends. Further, applicable standards this concept are introduced. The attention is put on GRI standard and reporting frame G4. Content of practical part are analysis and evaluation current activities in company PATRIA Kobylí, a.s. and create CSR report for this company. The latest version GRI standard G4 was used for create this report.

Analysis of the service quality connected with new car sales in Czech Republic

The Diploma thesis concerns itself with service quality issues connected with new car sales. The aim of the Diploma thesis is an evaluation of the current quality of new car sales at car showrooms and customer satisfaction with purchase of a new car linked with it. The practical part of the Diploma thesis is divided into two major sections. A marketing research concerning customer satisfaction with purchase of a new car represents the first section. The second section is focused on the quality of car showrooms in the Czech Republic considering the chosen brands. This particular analysis is carried out by the form of mystery shopping. The main criteria are composed to illustrate the quality, which a customer observes on the first sight as well as influence him whether to buy a car or not.

Process management in a network of medical facilities

The goal of this work is to define the basic processes that are necessary for the proper management of dental surgery. Based on this, then built the foundation for the management of dental practices across the network offices. The theoretical part describes all the way which I later took into account the practical part. Attention is also paid to strategic management tools such as the SWOT and PEST analysis. In the practical part focuses on the core processes that affect the proper operation of a well-established practice. Together with a selected physician practices we have defined and tried to straighten some processes. As a part of this Master's thesis, there are some own ideas how to improve the process in dentistry office. There are also defined the processes for network of medical facilities.

Purpose of the bachelor thesis titled "Activities of corporate social responsibility of the company Orange Slovakia" is to analyze the social responsibility activities of the company Orange Slovakia. The work is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part focused on the basic terms necessary to understand the issues. The application part of the thesis is dedicated to autor's research of the company , the analysis of its CSR concept and comparison with GRI standard. Using a questionnaire survey was discovering the attitude of the customers to the concept of CSR and its impact on their buying decisions. The conclusion includes assessing the company's policy, recommendations and suggestions for the future.

The main objective of the thesis is an analysis of current CSR situation at grammar school in Žďár nad Sázavou. The second objective is a proposition of new activities which can improve the situation in future. The theoretical part has two parts. First one concentrates on the basics of corporate social responsibility and the second one focuses on unique situation in education area. The practical part consists of a survey at school, the analysis of outcomes and the proposition of potencional activities which can be beneficial for school in the future.

Marketing research in the field of food labelling and packaging

The aim of the Bachelor's Thesis is to evaluate whether consumers in shops are misled by product positioning of some selected foodstuffs using mystery shopping and whether the producers of these food products indicate all information required by legislation. Then the practical part of the Bachelor's Thesis analyses Czech consumer awareness of food labelling using primary survey. The theoretical part summarizes food packaging and labelling regulations. There are written obligatory and optional data, which should be listed on food labels; packaging and labelling markings, and supervisory authorities who protect this area.
