Civic amenities building

The aim of my master ‘s thesis is to elaborate the project documentation of kindergarten as nearly zero – energy buildings. The project consists of three parts. The first part (main part) presents the civil engineering design of the building. Kindergarten is single storey-building. The vertical load-bearing structures are designed from lime-sand blocks (above - ground floor) and the hollow concrete blocks filled with C20/25. Horizontal load-bearing structures are designed from the prestressed Spiroll floor panels. The roof consists of a flat roof with extensive greenery. The second part presents technical equipment of buildings. The third part presents acoustic assesment outside Kindergarten. The building site contains also an outdoor playground. I am using AutoCad software for drawing and Deksoft to calculate Energy Performance Certificate. All structures comply with the regulations and valid standards.
Flat house - Blatná

The bachelor's thesis deals with the design of a new apartment building in the suburbs in the town of Blatná. Apartment building have 4 above ground floors, in which there are 8 housing units. On the 1st floor there are cellars, technical premises, carriage house, dryer and common room. On the 2nd-4th floor there are housing units. The whole building is connected by a two-arm staircase and an elevator, which is located between the staircase. Next to the building there are 9 parking spaces. The construction is based on foundation strips. The supporting system is wall-mounted. The ceilings and the roof are formed by a monolithic reinforced concrete ceiling. The building is covered with a flat single-skin vegetation roof. The thermal insulation of the building will be solved by peripheral ceramic blocks porotherm with mineral wool filling.
Residential house

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a residential building. The building is situated on the northeastern outskirts of Boskovice. The land selected for construction is located in the cadastral area of Boskovice. The object is solved as stand-alone, with two above-ground floors, without basement. Residential house is designed for housing. There are 4 apartments. Each apartment is complemented by a garage inside the building. The entrance to the buildings is from the northwest side of the property. The perimeter of the house will be made of Porotherm 30 Profi ceramic blocks. The ceiling structure is made of reinforced concrete prestressed ceiling panels SPIROLL. The residential building is covered with a flat, single-skinned vegetation roof.
Apartment Building in Jablonné nad Orlicí

At the almost flat plot number 411/3, cadastre unit Jablonné nad Orlicí was designed a new apartment building with an service establishment. Local zoning plan of the village defines the plot as a buildable area. The building has one basement and three floors. There are 7 dwelling units and a hairdresser's in the building. The living area and the service establishment have separate entrances. The building is designed with wheelchair access. On the first floor there is an accessible two-bedroom flat with kitchenette and hairdresser's, on the second floor there are two two-bedroom flats with kitchenette and two studios apartment, on the third floor there are two three-bedroom flast with kitchenette. In the basement there is cellar boxes and technical facilities of the building. The foundations are made of a system of foundation strips made of plain concrete, external wall of floors is walled with clay blocks and insulated with external thermal insulation composite system (ETICS). Staircase and floor structures are made of reinforced cast-in-place concrete. The building is roofed with a non-walkable flat roof.

The aim of the bachelor’s work is composition of project documentation for the constrution building of apartment building. Object is situated on the cadastral area of town Vyškov, number of builing plot is 3088/1, 3088/4, 3088/11, 3088/12 a 3088/13. Terain is sloping. In the apartment building there are 3 above-ground floor and 1 belowground floor. In the below-groun floor there are situated garrage standing, storage spaces and technical spaces. In the above-ground floor there are situated flats. Structural system of this builing is wall system. External wall be composed of vertically performe block Vapis. Object have a external contact thermal insulation Etics, fasade is made of mineral fiber – insulated of stone. The ceiling construction is made of prefabricated Spiroll panels. Staircase are made of reinforced monolithic concrete slab. Roofing of objekt is composed of single-layer flat roof. Floor construction are designed as floating floor.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to design a new office building with client operation. The building is designed with requirements for buildings with almost zero energy consumption. The project also includes a complete fire safety solution for the building and a certificate of the building's energy performance. The diploma thesis is processed in the form of documentation for execution of the project.
Apartment Building in Ledeč nad Sázavou

The aim of this bachelor's thesis is to develop project documentation for the construction of a proposed new apartment building in Havlíčkova Street in Ledeč nad Sázavou. It is a free-standing four-storey and non-basement building. On the first floor there is a garage, cellar, utility room, cleaning room, laundry room, carriage house and lounge, which can be used for rent. The other floors are made up of residential units. There are 9 housing units. Structurally, the building is solved by a transverse load-bearing system, made of Porotherm ceramic blocks. The building is insulated with an external contact thermal insulation system, internationally referred to by the abbreviation ETICS. The roofing of the building is solved by a non-walkable single-skin flat roof with an attic made of TPO waterproofing roofing foil. The foundation of the building will be on the foundation strips. The house is located in undeveloped, slightly sloping land. An uncovered parking space with a capacity of 14 parking spaces for cars and a playground will be set up on the plot. During the design, demands were made for increased comfort in use with almost zero energy consumption.
Single-family house in Troskotovice

This bachelor’s thesis aims to design a single-family passive house. Designed house is situated in Troskotovice on a flat building plot. The house is composed of two volumes: a bigger two-floor part with a gable roof and a smaller one-floor part with a mono-pitched green roof. The house is divided into a work zone in the north and east of the ground floor, a social zone in the south of the ground floor and a private zone placed on the first floor. The structural system of the building is a wood frame with timber truss and joist floors. A cast-in-place reinforced concrete slab is used for the foundation. The first part of the thesis includes architectural, structural, and material designs with assigned calculations such as acoustics, daylighting, energy certificate and fire safety calculations. The second part of my bachelor´s thesis consists of heat, ventilation, and plumbing designs with a focus on the ventilation design. An air/water heat pump is used for heating up domestic hot water and water for a wall heating system. The house is equipped with heat recovery ventilation system. Rainwater from roofs is collected in an accumulation retention tank and used for watering a garden and toilet. Excessive rainwater s infiltrated in an infiltration basin on the plot. Design of the house includes connection to the electrical grid, optical grid, water supply and sewage systems.
Apartment building with a shop in Hustopeče

A new residential building with a commercial space was designed on plot number 4542/245 in the cadastral area of the city of Hustopeče. The building has 3 above-ground floors and a basement. The first floor consists of a 3-bedroom apartment (3+KK) and a toy store. The second and third floors are identical, each containing one 3-bedroom apartment (3+KK) and one 4-bedroom apartment (4+KK). The first basement floor houses storage rooms, a utility room, and 3 separate garages. In total, the building consists of 5 residential units and 1 commercial space. The residential area and the commercial space have separate entrances. The entire building, including Apartment 101, is designed to be accessible for people with disabilities. The external load-bearing structures of the above-ground floors are made of ceramic blocks, while the basement floor uses insulated concrete formwork. The foundation structures consist of plain concrete footing strips. The ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete and ceramic concrete panels. The staircase is prefabricated with reinforced concrete. The roof above the residential units is a heavy, sloping green roof, while the roof above the staircase area is flat.
Apartment building in Bučovice

In the town of Bučovice, on plot number 1282/100 in the cadastral area of Bučovice, a new apartment building has been designed. The construction is located on a nearly flat plot. The land-use plan designates the area as residential space for apartment buildings. The building consists of one underground floor and three above-ground floors. There are six residential units planned in the building. The entrance to the building is located on the northeast side and is designed with barrier-free access. The first underground floor houses cellar storage rooms, technical facilities for the apartment building, and three separate garage spaces. On the first above-ground floor, right after the entrance, there is a shared stroller and bicycle storage room. Additionally, there are two 1-room-kitchen (1KK) apartments on this floor. On the second above-ground floor, there are two 2-room-kitchen (2KK) units, and on the third above-ground floor, there are again two 1KK units. The foundation structures are constructed using a system of plain concrete strip foundations. The perimeter walls of the above-ground floors are built with ceramic blocks and insulated with an ETICS (Exterior Thermal Insulation Composite System) contact system with a thickness of 200mm. The staircase and intermediate landings are prefabricated, and the ceiling structures are monolithic reinforced concrete. The building is roofed with a flat green roof.
