Two-axis tractor trailer chassis

The dokument was created with ZDT company cooperation and consists of two main parts. The first and also main part is handling construction and strength check issues of two-axis traktor trailer chassis Grand super. The second part contains design and strength check of rear protective device against small vehicle under passing. Strength check is performed in I-DEAS enviroment. The fixings are chassis frame assembly drawing, chassis frame welding assembly drawing and drawbar assembly drawing.
The concept of the hook trailer for the container bodies of the HOOK MEGA 24

Aim of this master´s thesis is a design of tractor hook loader and stress analysis of selected parts using the fine element analysis. The theoretical part of the thesis describes general characteristics of hook loaders and summarizes critical research aimed on similar designs used by competition. Practical part deals with own design which consists of repetitive steps: design, analytical check, software simulation- if necessary, stress analysis. The last part is dedicated to drawing documentation. Assembly drawing, sub-assembly drawings and few parts drawings were composed.
Spreading device of manure spreader

This diploma thesis describes the actual situation of the manure spreader machines of the organic manure and it compares the characteristics of these machines from different manufacturers. And then this thesis designs the driving system for cutter mechanism, for the manure conveyor and the manure spreading device including the details. Drawings are in the attachment.

Self-loading trailer for the round balers

This thesis deals with the conceptual solution of self-loading container on straw bales. It is the issue of these machines' distribution according to specified criteria at the beginning. Research part follows with describing the individual components cosequently included in the conceptual design. The third point is the design of the solution itself and its rationale. There are itemized individual structural components and visualization. The last part contains strength calculations for structural nodes.
Large volume carrier body for swap bodies for agri truck 6 x 6

This diploma thesis deals with proposal large volume carrier body for swap bodies with volume 60 m3. In beginning the thesis includes background research part. In the middle part describes the design of conception body. Work in the last part contains the strength calculations using the finite element method. Strength checks consider especially deformation and strain analysis in different load angle states. Part of the thesis is also design documentation. Work is created in co-operation with company ZDT Ltd.
