The bachelor thesis deals with e-Government in Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis defines the Public Administration, the basic distribution and the principle of the organizing. Further there are presented types of Government and their legislation. This bachelor thesis will introduce historical development of e-Government and its present condition. It will pay a special attention to the legal regulations, which is one of important aspects at its development. Further it will introduce individual projects of electronization in Public Administration, which influence level of e-Government. Consequently bachelor thesis deals with levels of eGovernment in Czech Republic and compare it with another European states The second part of the thesis is based on questionnaire survey focused on analyzing practical use and availability of the two most elements used in the Electronization of the Public Administration, project Czech POINT and Data Mailboxes, citizens and other subjects.

The Bachelor's Thesis maps the position of retired people in the Czech Republic from the legal and economic perspectives. It describes the current pension system in the Czech Republic and covers the recent pension reform and savings options. It also includes a practical part where opinions of young and old people regarding pensions, pension amounts, savings and other topics are mentioned. Part of the comparison is also a satisfaction survey among senior citizens in one specific retirement home. The practical part lists options which retired people have and attempts to find the best option.
The Problematic of Czech Parliamentarians’ Remuneration

This bachelor thesis focuses on the issue of the salary of Czech deputies and senators, i.e. members of the Parliament of the Czech Republic. For the purposes of the thesis, the following hypothesis was posed: If the legislators are remunerated according to their average attendance at the sessions of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, the expenses on their salaries including compensations will be lower by at least one third. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the Parliament of the Czech Republic, focusing on its history, the division into the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate, and selected bodies of the two chambers. The aim is to acquire background knowledge of the environment and agenda of deputies and senators. The theoretical part further describes the legislators right to impunity, as well as the entitlements to salary and various compensations, which are then analysed in detail. The practical part is devoted to the analysis of data and is limited only to the Chamber of Deputies, because of the restrictions on the dissemination, publication and further use of data obtained from the Senate. The analysis is first conducted for individual political parties and, subsequently, for the Chamber as a whole. The methods used in this part are those of establishing medium values mean, modus and median.
Specificities of Banking Related to Senior Citizens

My bachelor work is focused on banking issues aimed at the population of seniors in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the relevant banking concepts associated with selected banking deposit products on the Czech banking market and looks at the issue through the lens of czech legislation. The practical part compares three largest banking institutions operating in the Czech Republic, an analysis of current accounts, savings accounts, passbooks and subsequent comparison of these products is realised. The survey was performed by means of a questionnaire among seniors who ascertained their preferences in the banking sector and their experience in the use of banking products. Based on data analysis and years of experience of the author, banks have been offered an innovative product that promotes interest of a specific clientele of seniors to banking services.

Bachelor thesis titled Marriage, it is issues and economic consequences in practice in connection with the recodification of private law applies Czech legislation regarding marriage (the strands are the Act no. 94/1963 s.b., about family, the Act No. 40/1964 s.b., the Civil Code, and especially Act no. 89/2012 s.b., the Civil Code which came into force on 1st January 2014). Thesis is diveded into two parts. The theoretical part is defined legislation and compared the legislation of family law with an amendment to the Civil Code. The practical part applies survey of information which they are gained from statistical surveys, studies and other studies that addresses the question about marriage, divorce and marriage. Bachelor thesis is completed by evaluation of survey results, which were measured respondents' attitudes toward marriage, its issues and especially the economic consequences of marriage in. In conclusion of thesis are applied the previous legal findings to specific cases which are based from experience in an attorney's office.

Bachelor thesis titled "Public contracts and their economic consequences in the practice" is created by czech and foreign literature and professional websites. Meaning of thesis is description of processes of public contracts, their sorting, issues and evaluation of concrete cases of public contacts, that they are realized in Hradec Králové Region during 2013 and 2015. At the same time they are summarized means, how i tis possible to prevent possible corruption in all process of public contracts. They proceed from own research, that it applies experiences and the very practice throughout the process of public contracts, that they are gained from managers, managing directors and organisations, that they are owned by self-government in the Czech republic. All these findings affect terms from multiple disciplines for example in law, economics, statistics, regional science and sociology.
Offence Proceedings in Public Nuisance Cases

This thesis is focused on the offences discussed in the field of public policy in the period from 2011 to 2015 at the Municipal Office of Nový Bydžov. The work identifies the most common offences types, discussion results, discussion complicating facts and proposing measures for their elimination. The theoretical part describes the concepts relevant to infringement proceedings. The practical part contains the introspective investigation results with innovations proposal. The following is an offences legislation analysis in selected European countries with proposals for inclusion of selected foreign legal institutes into Czech law.
Debt collection in legal theory and practice

This diploma work focuses on the issue of debt collection via deductions from pension payments. The theoretical part analyses the legal conditions for this type of debt collection and defines the terms related to it. The first chapters generally focus on financial literacy among the population. The subsequent chapters map the act of deducting amounts from pension payments, the method of calculating the deduction amounts and the process of making deductions when receivables overlap and when the payer of income changes. The other sections of the work focus on insolvency and the recipient payer's responsibility in the event of deductions. The practical part compares and analyses data about the development of numbers of pensions affected by ordered asset seizure and details regarding the amount of income earned during working life and during retirement. Based on the author's own observation, the final part of the document contains suggestions of possible solutions that would reduce the number of pensions affected by asset seizure.
Agency employment

The purpose of this bachelor's thesis is to appraise the work of employment and staffing agencies as one of the forms of temporary employment. The thesis is devided into two parts. The First part is the theoretical part and the sekond one is the empirical part. The theoretical part defines the basic terms and relationshipbetweenparties. The main purpose of the theoretical part is to analyze the temporary employment from the legislative point of view. The empirical part of the thesis contains my own research within a particular staffing agency. The research is based on a semi-structured interview with an internal employee of that agency. Main goal of the thesis is to evaluate the findings and to come up with ideas on how the current legaslation of agency employment could be improved. The conclusion of the practical part of this thesis suggests that the current czech legislativ should be revised.
State property management

In my thesis I deal with the theme management of the state property. In the beginning of my thesis the basic terminology is defined. The theoretical part is devoted to a brief discussion about the issue and states the main information relating to the Office of the Government Representation in Property Affairs. The practical portion of the thesis provides a comparison of the number of released public procurements at ministerial level. Public procurements are divided according to the type to below threshold, over-limit and small-scale procurements. Comparison of public procurements refers to the time period from 2011 to 2015. Individual Ministries are analyzed and compare between each other. In practical part of the thesis is also listed the specific example concerning the management of the state property. Finally, I evaluate the results as well as proposals, which would lead to the improvement of the present situation in the field of state property in the Czech Republic.
