Bakalářská práce se svým tématem soustředí na bankovní problematiku zaměřenou na populaci seniorů v České republice. Teoretická část práce popisuje relevantní bankovní pojmy související s vybranými depozitními bankovními produkty na českém bankovním trhu a pohlíží na danou problematiku i optikou české legislativy. V praktické části práce jsou porovnávány tři největší bankovní ústavy působící na území České republiky, je provedena analýza běžných účtů, spořicích účtů, vkladních knížek a následná komparace těchto produktů. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření mezi seniory byly zjištěny jejich preference v bankovním sektoru a zkušenosti s využíváním bankovních produktů. Na základě analýzy získaných dat a dlouholeté praxe autorky byl bankám navržen inovativní produkt, který by podpořil zájem specifické klientely seniorů o bankovní služby. My bachelor work is focused on banking issues aimed at the population of seniors in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part describes the relevant banking concepts associated with selected banking deposit products on the Czech banking market and looks at the issue through the lens of czech legislation. The practical part compares three largest banking institutions operating in the Czech Republic, an analysis of current accounts, savings accounts, passbooks and subsequent comparison of these products is realised. The survey was performed by means of a questionnaire among seniors who ascertained their preferences in the banking sector and their experience in the use of banking products. Based on data analysis and years of experience of the author, banks have been offered an innovative product that promotes interest of a specific clientele of seniors to banking services.
