Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozvojem elektronizace veřejné správy v České republice. V úvodní části práce je charakterizována veřejná správa, její základní rozdělení a principy organizace. Dále jsou zde představeny druhy samosprávy a jejich právní úpravy. Vlastní práce představí historický vývoj eGovernmentu a jeho současný stav. Zejména se bude věnovat právní úpravě, která je jedním z důležitých aspektů při rozvoji eGovernmentu. Dále představí jednotlivé projekty elektronizace veřejné správy, které významně ovlivňují úroveň eGovernmentu. Následně se bakalářská práce bude zabývat srovnáním úrovně eGovernmentu v České republice s evropským státy. Druhá část práce vychází z dotazníkového šetření, které sledovalo analyzování praktického využití a dostupnosti dvou nejrozšířenějších nástrojů používaných při elektronizaci veřejné správy, projektu Czech POINT a služby datových schránek, občany a dalšími subjekty The bachelor thesis deals with e-Government in Czech Republic. The first part of the thesis defines the Public Administration, the basic distribution and the principle of the organizing. Further there are presented types of Government and their legislation. This bachelor thesis will introduce historical development of e-Government and its present condition. It will pay a special attention to the legal regulations, which is one of important aspects at its development. Further it will introduce individual projects of electronization in Public Administration, which influence level of e-Government. Consequently bachelor thesis deals with levels of eGovernment in Czech Republic and compare it with another European states The second part of the thesis is based on questionnaire survey focused on analyzing practical use and availability of the two most elements used in the Electronization of the Public Administration, project Czech POINT and Data Mailboxes, citizens and other subjects.
