Bachelor's thesis is discussing about problem with medical and nursing documetation. There are skretch in problems with implementig of nursing documentation to practise, their administration and next checking. It refer to about today's situation of nursing documentation in connections with practise and valid legislative. The empirical part of thesis to make test investigation by internal audit in Hospital Chrudim, which is specialize in administration of nursing documentation. Internal audit was made at standard wards neurology, surgery, internal and ward of resulting care.

This bachelor thesis discusses the responsibility of the head nurse with the emphasis on introduction of new methods and techniques into practice. The theoretical part defines management functions, skills, styles of leadership and low level management positions. It describes scope of employment and the mission of the head nurse, problems of the change and efficient strategies for dealing with resistance against changes. The practical part contains analysis of the survey of head nurses working at the University Clinic of Hradec Králové and the Chrudim Hospital.
Admission of parents with their ill child to hospital from nurse's point of view

The goal of bachelor's thesis is to present the problems of parents staying together with their ill child in hospital. It emphasizes on child's psychical needs influenced by illness, especially on need to have around a person he or she knows well to provide him or her the emotional support and comfort, especially when being taken away from his or her usual environment. A qvantitative research was carried out how nursing staff from paediatric wards of three Faculty Hospitals in Prague. The research vas focused on how nurses accept parents or adults accompanying a child, the most common problems, the staff knowledge of the therm family- centred care, cooperation with play therapists, volunteers or psychologist and also how the Chart of hospitalized children is respected.
The quality of nursing care in clients' after arthral replacements

The goal bachelor's thesis is to analyze the quality of nursing care in clients after arthral replacements. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The teoretical part deals with the clients' foreknowledge of their disease and their pain reception. The practical part deals with the methodics and results of the own author's research on selected group of clients. Using the questionary, the clients' foreknowledge of their disease, their foreknowledge of the clients' laws, and their foreknowledge of the department rules were evaluated, respectively. Furthermore, the pain reception after operation, the pain dependance on daytime and rehabilitation, and the methods used for pain easement by nurses were evaluated, as well.

In this investigation was detected the rate of burn out and depersonalization and job satisfaction in various work conditions, in stressfull environment or with mobbing at the workplace. Researched sample is made with women and men from six departments of medical equipment.
Feeding of patients, seniors in hospice

v AJ: The bachelor thesis deals with feeding of seniors in hospice. The aim of the thesis is to investigate the nutritional state of seniors in hospice, their dietary habits, and their satisfaction with feeding. The importance of nutrition, the main components of diet (proteins, saccharides, lipids, vitamins, minerals, and trace elements), examinational methods of nutritional state, and dietary system is emphasized in the theoretical part of the thesis. Further, the trophotherapy and the methodology of seniors feeding are defined. The bachelor thesis is based on the quantitative research using the method of questionnaire. The nutritional state od seniors in hospice, their dietary habits, and satisfaction with feeding are monitored thereby. The created questionnaire was distributed to patients, 65 years old and over, in hospice in Jaroměř and hospice in Hradec Králové. The bachelor's thesis deals with the topic of a health care professional dealing with personal experience in a patient's role. The theoretical part presents facts associated with health and ilness psychology, as well as pieces of knowledge about human personality and a man's role in human society. It describes the special demands of general nurse's profession on a person. Special attention is paid to a situation when a nurse becomes a patient. The research part analyses the influnce of nurse's profession over her personal health and ilness perception. It describes difficulties that are experienced when a nurse is coping with her own hospital admission. The main goal of the thesis is to find out whether personal experience in a patient's role influences nurse's future life in any way.

The Bachelor work is aimed at a quality of nursing among the clients after the cerebral apoplexy. The theoretical part explains the conceptions: cerebral apoplexy, quality, standard of nursing, nursing care and physiotherapy. The work emphasises the changes at the client during the illness. The empirical part of the Bachelor work calls over the standard of nursing in a view of the clients from internal department in Lužická hospital. The final dates should help the physicians to improve the quality of nursing care among the clients suffers from the illness, eventually to regulate the standard of nursing.

This bachelor`s thesis discusses the cause of the shortage of nurses in the Czech Republic. The theoretical part recounts the history of nursing, characterizes modern nursing, points to the current nursing education, nurse practitioners, the role and personality of the nurse, prestige of the occupation. The thesis deals with the lack of nurses and their possible cause of job dissatisfaction. The key work is the quantitative research of nurses views of the two types of health facilities - small and large - the shortage of nurses and its possible causes. Using the questionnaire method, in which the closed questions are predominant. In the results nurses response from small health facilities are compared to replies of nurses from large medical facilities.
