Social services for families at risk in Česká Lípa district

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou ohrožených rodin, popisuje některé problémy, se kterými se tyto rodiny mohou potýkat a službami, které jsou jim v České republice nabízeny. Dále se zaměřuje na služby rodinám nabízené v okrese Česká Lípa a navrhuje další, které by v okrese mohly najít své uplatnění, což je též cílem mé bakalářské práce. Tato práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část a na čtyři kapitoly. Do teoretické části je zahrnuta kapitola první a druhá, do praktické části kapitoly zbývající. V první kapitole se věnuji popisu orgánu sociálněprávní ochrany dětí, jeho funkcím a kompetencím. Také vymezení okresu Česká Lípa a představuji místní OSPOD. V kapitole druhé se věnuji problematice ohrožených rodin v ČR, problémům, se kterými se setkávají a sítí služeb, které jsou jim nabízeny. Třetí kapitola je věnována podrobné analýze spisů OSPOD Česká Lípa, zabývá se problematikou ve spisech uvedenou, též uvádí početní vyjádření zastoupení jednotlivých problémů. Dále je zde uvedena práce s dotazníkem, který byl vytvořen speciálně pro zjištění 55 problematiky služeb pro ohrožené rodiny v okrese a rozbor odpovědí na jednotlivé otázky. Social services for families at risk in Litoměřice district

První část práce je věnována problematice ohrožených rodin. Snažím se popsat různé problémové situace, které mohou rodinu potkat. Popisuji služby, které mohou v České republice tyto rodiny využít. Uvádím též příklady služeb, které existují v zahraničí. Druhá část je zaměřena na zjištění nabídky služeb v okrese Litoměřice, zda tato nabídka pokrývá potřeby rodin žijících v tomto okrese. Využila jsem obsahové analýzy spisů OSPOD za rok 2006, dále pak formu dotazníku pro pracovníky OSPOD a rozhovoru s pracovníky OSPOD. I přesto, že nabídka služeb je poměrně bohatá, nepokrývá potřeby rodin, které jsou z různých důvodů v kontaktu s OSPOD. Většina služeb je zaměřena na volnočasovou aktivitu, většinou se ale jedná a služby placené, což se stává překážkou pro některé klienty. Problémem je také malá kapacita služeb, jedná se především o služby dětského psychologa a psychiatra, služby manželské a předmanželské poradny, nízkoprahového klubu a azylového domu pro matky s dětmi Některé služby zde chybí úplně. Jedná se především o mediační služby, intenzivní rodinnou terapii, terénní práci s rodinou a programy pro rodiče špatně zacházející s dětmi.

Possibilities of relational background support of a child from children's home

The aim of this thesis is to find the answer to a question What are the possibilities of relational background support of a child from children's home? The thesis is devided into two parts - theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part is dealing with two topics - system of an out-of-home care of children in the Czech Republic (children's homes take part of this system) and roles and importace of relations in human life. In the first chapter a list of reasons why children go to out-of-home care is given. It talks also about forms of out-of-home care - institutional and family care, specially about organization of care in children's homes. It is focused on law concerning this topic, too. In 2nd chapter characteristics of children placed in out-of-home care as well as psychological deprivation is decribed. The third chapter sums up the most often mentioned problems of the system, institutional care. On the other hand it defines also the advantages of it. The fourth chapter centralizes on importace of relations in human life at all, summarizes important knowledges about socialization of a child from his birth to adolescence. Relationship background of children of institutional care such as SOS - children's villages

Diploma thesis "Relationship background of a child of institutional care such as SOS - Children's Villages" describes the current situation of the Czech SOS children's villages, foster care institutions. How are children living in the SOS children's villages? Before 1 started to look for answers to this question, I had defined the range of concept "the relationship child support" in the context of the modem age.I also noted impressive history SOS children's villages. Current situation the Czech SOS villages is analysed in the next three captres, focused on Czech legislation. Empirical part, "on the road" research aims to approximate the conditions in which children in villages live. The qualitative survey of selcted staff brings a colorful portray of situations, when responsible staff interferes whith SOS families. The final statement goes bad, SOS villages, foster care institutions , are interesting but archaic organization, whith problematic justification in the Czech Republic.

Social services for exposed families (in OSPOD perspective for Prague region)

The key topics of this thesis are theoretical concepts that can be applied in practise and methods for social workers focusing on support of exposed families. The structure of this thesis correlates with the topic of the support of exposed families and children; basic theoretical outputs about impact of the primary relation of the children for its growth, questions of diagnostics for family function as means for effective help. Further, selected, in social work applicable for family therapeutic and intervention concepts, models of social work with families following hierarchy scheme prevention and intervention. The aim of this thesis is not to describe provided theoretical models or prioritize any of those models but to highlight the key points that can be useful for family focused social workers. Presented concept of this thesis assumes that social workers are mostly highly educated people in area of social and legal context of providing services however many times they are lacking in area of practical methods of social work, socio-therapy or family therapy as a tool for effective help to families. Social services for family with children in South Moravia region

I focused my work on analysis of social services for family with children in one region in Czech Republic - South Moravia, with emphasis on services for threatened family or depressed family. My work is based on and has foot-hold on social service law. The objective of my work was overall review of present circumstances in providing social services for family with children in the respective region. Intent of my diploma work is giving to readers a basic overview about theoretical resort or let say a fall-back concerning a social services issues with family with children, especially with political and legal resorts and processes of social services deployment planning, and analyze current offerings of social services for family with children in South Moravia region. The essential parts of my analyses are demographic analyses based on official reports issued by Czech statistical office and analyses of Medium-term deployment plan of social services i South Moravia region in view family with children. "Kangaroo" and the system of care of childern requiring immediate assistance

Subject of this bachelor work are children in difficult situations and in demand of direct help or if you like fund threatend children Kangaroo, witch offer immediate family care solution. Purpose of this work was to find out, who are children who need immediate help. Than evaluate what kind of service kangaroo specify, and what kind of service provide in reality. The children who fall into kangaroo have in most cases syndrome CAN. In this case we talking about abuse and neglected children. In next case are children witch for some reason there parents can't take care of them. The legislative framework of this issue is stipulated in section 42 of act 359/1999 collection, on the social protection of children as amended. In particular therein before skilled description segments. I draw from technical literature. In valuation given services I gather mostly from my own experiences in specific kangaroo and materials FOD. In comparison I find out a difference between kangaroo and other foster care institution. Bakalářská práce na téma o.s.Letní dům a jeho spolupráce se sociálními pracovnicemi si klade za cíl podrobně popsat činnost občanského sdružení Letní dům. Především pak méně známý druh služby, určený dětem a mladým lidem z dětských domovů, poskytovaný formou socioterapeutických pobytů. V práci dále hledám odpověď na otázku, jak vypadá současná spolupráce sdružení se sociálními pracovnicemi oddělení sociálně-právní ochrany dětí a dětských domovů a jakým způsobem by spolupráce mohla být dále rozvíjena.
