Bilingual education in Czech Nursery Schools

The main focus of this bachelor thesis is to present the issue of bilingualism and early multilingualism. The aim is to examine early second language acquisition whilst implementing teaching methods and strategies of the CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) method into pre-primary education. The theoretical part focuses on language development of preschool children and related issues, which are based on intentionally acquired successive bilingualism. It also provides important information on the CLIL method, the basic principles and implementation into pre-primary education, as well as teaching methods and strategies to support early multilingualism. The empirical part presents results of the research survey examining bilingual education and teaching English in pre-primary education in Prague. The data was gained from an analysis of informative documents a questionnaire survey and semi-structured interviews. Not only had the research examined the form of early second language education in Prague, but also the use of methods and strategies based on the CLIL method and the conditions important for successful early second language teaching and learning formulated by the respondents. Milan Šebek Opponent: Name of the bachelor thesis: Physiotherapy in Patients after Anterior Cruciate Ligament Injury of a Knee Joint Focusing on the Method InternalBraceTM Abstract: The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of physiotherapy after injury of the anterior cruciate ligament of a knee joint. The thesis is divided into the theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint and its structures, as well as the way of injury of the anterior cruciate ligament. The following are the most common solutions of LCA rupture (graft from ligamentum patelae and m. Semitendidosus and m. Gracilis) and subsequent physiotherapy. There is also an innovative method, the InternalBraceTM method, using FiberTape® knitted fiber. In the practical part, case reports of three patients after the operation using InternalBraceTM system are processed. Physiotherapeutic intervention was, in two patients in the acute phase, conducted according to the guidelines by method makers for seven weeks. Its aim was to verify the used methodology of rehabilitation in practice. In a third patient, the difficulties that may arise are described. Quality management system focused on information system in the selected enterprise

This thesis is focused on the quality management system. The object of the thesis is to analyse the current situation of the quality management system. Based on the results, we suggest measures to increase security and data protection in the selected enterprise. The selected enterprise is GEFOS, a.s., which provides comprehensive services in geodesy, photogrammetry, geoinformation systems and land register. The thesis can be divided into the theoretical part and the practical part. The theoretical part is focused on definition of key concepts in the fields of quality management and information system. The practical part consists of four other separate parts, namely the characteristic of the selected company, an analysis of the current situation of the quality management system, and finally suggestions for improvement of security and data protection. The suggestions are focused on requirements provided by the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Information for the practical part was obtained by document analysis and a semi-structured interview with the company management.

Motivation and Remuneration in Middle Sized Enterprise

The topic of the work is a system analysis of motivation and remuneration in the chosen company. The motivation and remuneration are activities, which can be included in human resources and they are very important for every enterprise. The motivation is really a hard activity for the management. It is very important to know which things motivate employees for better performance. For my observation the construction company which operates in Prague was chosen. The necessary information for this presentation is obtained by a questionnaire survey with employees and the interview with human resources officer. After that obtained information is evaluated. On the basis of evaluation negative impacts are found. Finally right solution is found, negative impacts are deleted and a new system of motivation and remuneration which is better for employees and also for company is suggested.

Bachelor thesis is focused on financing data box of the Municipal Office Vyškov. In research part deals with the explanation important concepts and also approximation foreign data boxes. In the practical part is the thesis focused on the former finance data box Municipal Office Vyškov. In this work is analyzed the costs associated with the use of data box Vyškov, which includes mainly the cost of time stamps and electronic signatures.

Interpropositional Relations (Temporal Relations) in Spanish Publicistic Texts

The object of the present thesis is an analysis of expressions of interpropositional relations in Spanish publicistic texts with a view to temporal relations. The aim of the work is to describe all linguistic possibilities that Spanish language has for establish the temporal relations between two propositions and find out informations about their frequency. The thesis is divided in the two main parts. The first part is theoretic and presents an introduction to the concept of interpropositional relations, describes the expressions of temporal relations and tries to characterize the Spanish publicistic texts. In the second ? practical part of the thesis there are presented the above mentioned analysis and the interpretation of its results. The final part of the thesis is made by Spanish Summary.

Analysis of Cultural Tourism of Andalusia

The object of this bachelor thesis is an analysis of tourism of Andalusia with a view to cultural tourism. The aim of the work is to demonstrate a huge number of social attractions of the region of Andalusia and manifest the fact that these social attractions are underrated by Czech tourists in comparison with natural attractions. The opening chapter deals with geographical, historical, administrative and economic characteristics of the region. The following chapter presents an introduction to the tourism of Spanish Andalusia as well as its analysis. The crucial parts of the work are the chapters presenting Andalusia as a tourist region and describing its cultural potential and attraction. In the final part of the thesis there are presented the analysis of tours to Andalusia offered in the Czech market and the interpretation of results of market research {--} knowledge of Czech people concerning the territory of Andalusia.
