Mechanical securing of hydraulic lifting systems for stage technology
Drha, Vojtěch ; Tůma, Jiří (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is to design a mechanical position securing of hydraulic elevating systems for stage technology. The first part includes an overview of present state of elevating systems and their securing solutions. The second part determines technical parameters and design of a chosen solution together with control and design calculations. Final part analyses suggested solution in terms of security.
Virtual commissioning of the robotized workplace for arc welding
Adolt, Lukáš ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis is focused on the design of a robotic workplace for arc welding and its subsequent virtual commissioning. The summary deals with knowledge from industrial robotics and arc welding, the system analysis is focused on the composition of the workplace and the principle of arc welding, including acting influences. In the practical part, several variants of the solution are proposed, the most suitable variant is processed in the form of a 3D model. This model is then simulated, including all processes, a control program is created, and virtual commissioning of the workplace is demonstrated.
Design of subassemblies Trimill machine
Šrámek, Ondřej ; Bilík, Martin (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this thesis is design of automatic system for the exchange of milling heads. The diploma thesis was awarded in cooperation with company TRIMILL, a.s. The first part is devoted to a brief analysis of the problems of automation and includes a survey of the current market system of automatic exchange of milling head competing manufacturers. The second part deals with the choice of possible options exchange itself milling heads, the choice of propulsion, guidance etc. Afterwards there is an engineering design of chosen system, the engineering of leading and driving systems, safety features such as detection heads, sensors moving parts of the system and covers the entire system , then analysis of carrier system and covers are made .
Design of crane trolley bridge crane
Tvrdoň, Jan ; Synek, Miloš (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This thesis deals with proposal hoisting device of travelling crab with lifting capacity of 20000 kg for placement in the scrap yard foundries. The main objective is design of bearing elements of cable system (choice of ropes, pulleys, rope drum), strenght calculation block and a proposal to operate the hoisting device (engine, transmission and brake). It also deals with the proposal propel cats (engine, transmission, brakes, wheel load). Drawing documentation contains a set of trolleys, cable drum assembly weldments and detail spigot cable drum.
Contemporary milling machines
Mikulová, Michaela ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Blecha, Petr (advisor)
This bachelor’s thesis deals with milling machines. At first a dividing is done according to a construction and every type is described. Then this thesis consecrates ways of the milling. In the next part the table vertical milling machine is chosen. At this milling machine, some parts of the milling machine are defined and the main constructive branching points are calculated.
Conceptual design of a precision manipulator
Stuchlík, Petr ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Vetiška, Jan (advisor)
This diploma thesis deals with the problems of analysis and the subsequent design of a precision manipulator used as a microscope table. The first part od the final thesis deals with the problems associated with the movement of the test sample within the electron microscope. Subsequently, possiblle design variants were proposed, further developing the next steps fot the correctness and functionality of manipulator. The individual force loads of the components were calculated. The result of the work was constructed as a CAD model with subsequent transfer to the assembly drawing.
Design of pressing machines for manifold assembly of condensers in car air-conditioning unit
Juriga, Jakub ; Pavlík, Jan (referee) ; Knoflíček, Radek (advisor)
The diploma thesis deals with the design of pressing machines for manifold assembly of condensers in the car air-conditioning unit. The problem of the current assembling process is its inefficiency. Semi-automated assembly using pneumatic pressing machines eliminates this problem. In the theoretical part the air-conditioning components, current state of assembly and calculating base of pressing are described. In the practical part the test of pressing force was conducted. Based on this test, the design of four pneumatic pressing machines was accomplished. In the final part of the work, evaluation of the whole project is provided.
Design of pneumatic - hydraulic press
Tůma, Vladimír ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The goal of this bachelor thesis is to design a small pneumatic-hydraulic press for the widest possible workshop and car repair shop usage. The beginning of the paper is devoted to general facts and other useful information regarding the topic, the principles of hydraulics and a research of the current domestic as well as foreign market. In the main part of the paper, several possibilities of solutions as well as the design of the press itself with all required parameters including the computational and drawing documentation are discussed. The processes of production, assembly and overall commissioning of the machine are also incorporated in the paper.
Design of manipulation with tools
Frémund, Libor ; Blecha, Radim (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
The aim of this work is to design tools to the manipulator, unspecified metal-working machine. The proposal consists of a selection of the optimal design nodes and their functional calculations. The work also includes structural model in 3D view created in Autodesk Inventor 2010. All calculations and procedures are in accordance with current standards.
Design of a belt grinder for robotic grinding
Šimara, Vít ; Vetiška, Jan (referee) ; Pavlík, Jan (advisor)
This bachelor thesis focuses on stationary robotic belt grinder. The grinder is designed to be tiltable in multiple axes, to guarantee its versatility. The theoretical part describes the belt grinder’s working principle and the fundamentals of robotic grinding. In addition, current trends in this branch are described. At the beginning of the practical part, the concept of the grinder is configured, part by part. This configuration is based on the theoretical research and the choice of the best option. The mechanical design follows, supported by calculations, indispensable to ensure the right functionality of the machine. This thesis’s outlet is a 3D model of the mechanical construction of the grinder with a partial drawing and technical documentation.
