Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company HANAK s.r.o. pozemní a průmyslové stavitelství. Intern analysis is based on utilization of financial analysis which are outgoing from resources provided by the company. This thesis is divided into three parts. First part is focused on theoretical basis, of the chosen analytical tools. In the second part is made an analysis of the chosen company and in the last part are mentioned improvements fand suggestions for better running of the company.

This bachelor thesis focuses on the degree of correlation between the initial public offering (IPO) and changes in macroeconomic indicators on the largest European financial markets. The theoretical part of the thesis specifies the crucial terms related entering the stock market, such as the securities market, investments or different ways of financing the company. At the same time, the process of realizing the IPO itself is described. In further parts, the macroeconomic data of the examined countries and their impact on the decision to enter the stock market are analyzed, where these effects are subsequently evaluated using correlation matrices.

In the theoretical part, there are explained all the important terms and the analytical part describes a current situation of company. In the last part, there is complex business plan for company's development.

Bachelor thesis focuses on the evaluation of the financial situation of the company Ptáček – velkoobchod, a.s. in years 2010-2014 using selected methods of financial analysis. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical bases, which are applied in the second part on the analysed company. On the basis of findings from the financial analysis, I have proposed measures to improve the financial situation of the company.

This bachelor thesis deals with cost management in the company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to introduce an effective system of the cost management in the company and, on the basis of cost analysis and cost management, to propose submeasures to improve the current situation in a particular engineering company, all based on the information obtained and the use of theoretical knowledge. For purpose of the goal, the thesis is divided into a theoretical and an analytical part. The theoretical part is processed in the form of research of available sources. The analytical section contains information about a particular company. The benefit of this work is to identify the company's lack of cost management and design solutions that eventually lead to cost savings and more cost-effective management.
