Chiral and achiral separation using in-house coated β-cyclodextrin column, comparison with commercially available β-cyclodextrin column

The main aim of this work was to prepare a new chiral stationary phase by dynamic coating of an ion-exchange stationary phase by PEMPDA-β-cyclodextrin (N1 , N1 , N3 , N3 , N3 -pentamethylpropane-1,3-diamine-β-cyclodextrin) and to test column selectivity and separation abilities of the newly prepared sorbent for chiral and also achiral sets of analytes and to evaluate stability of the column. Commercial β- cyclodextrin stationary phase (Astec Cyclobond I 2000 column) was used for comparison. The set of chiral analytes contained five structurally different compounds - lorazepam, oxazepam, BNP, HDDP and Cl-HDDP. Six different groups of achiral analytes were used for testing the column selectivity. All measurements were carried out in reversed phase separation mode. Methanol and 10mM ammonium acetate (pH 4.00) were used as mobile phase constituents. Baseline separations of oxazepam enantiomers and five mixtures of achiral analytes were achieved with PEMPDA-β-cyclodextrin stationary phase. Partial separations of two chiral analytes (HDDP and Cl-HDDP) and one mixture of achiral analytes were obtained with this stationary phase. Design of optimization of Tesco e-shop

The thesis titled Tesco Potraviny online e-shop contents detailed customer experience based description of functionalities of the Tesco e-shop and some other e-shops competing on the on-line groceries market. Available methods of multi-criteria decision making allowed a platform for comparative analysis of functionalities of Potraviny online, Potraviny domů and Z-market shopping websites. The customer satisfaction survey had been carried out via a multiple choice questionnaire. A proposal for optimalization of the Tesco e-shop, this being the aim of the thesis, has been put together thanks to evaluation of both data collected and multi-criteria analysis being applied. The thesis also provides some subject related information about the Tesco company and looks into how the e-commerce evolves.

The analysis of the financial export of the selected business subject

The main objective of the diploma work was to analyze possibilities of export financing of chosen enterprise subject and to suggest optimal solution. Partial target was to draw up strategy of export support forms, export services and supportive programs for selected enterprise. Subject of this work is company FARMTEC, a. s., active in production of agricultural technology and its sale on Czech and foreign markets. Investment loan, overdraft financing and supplier credit are the prevailing sources of financing used by this company. As well cooperation with companies EGAP, ČEB and CzechTrade is maintained. Financing product TOP Export II offered by Česká spořitelna is found as the best solution for company FARMTEC, a. s. It comprises factoring financing. Further it is recommended to use a new against-crisis product currently offered by EGAP. It is proposed to present company in official address book of Czech export companies offered by CzechTrade.

Attraction and selection of employees

This Bachelor thesis deals with the processes of attraction and selection of empolyees in the company ČSAD Vsetín, Inc. Its theoretical part describes the principles of personal management in the form of human resource management and features rules and recommended procedures of attraction and selection of employees. Practical part presents the company ČSAD Vsetín, Inc., analyses the means of filling seats of the "bus driver" and "engineering-economic worker" which simultaneously compares with the accepted theory, clarifies advantages of chosen procedures, eventually suggests solutions of their drawbacks.
