Roofing the building of Kindergarten in Moravany

Content of this bachelor’s thesis is solving of technological stage of roofing of the Kindergarten building in Moravany. Roof is designed as a single-layer flat roof with classical sequence of layers, with pitch to the building centre. Detailed procedure of assembly of the bearing steel structure and the roof sheathing is provided in specifications. The bachelor’s thesis contains technical report of the building, suggested construction site installations, proposal of suitable machines and mechanisms required for the given stage, further it solves wider relations of transport lines to construction site and occupational safety and health. Control and test plans, budget and schedule are elaborated for stage of the building roofing.

Molecular mechanisms in the development of the cochlea

Molecular mechanisms in the development of the cochlea The cochlea is the primary structure for the perception of sound. A spiraled cochlear duct contains the auditory organ, the organ of Corti, is innervated by sensory neurons of the spiral ganglion. The organ of Corti contains hair cells, the sensory receptors of the inner ear, that are responsible for the mechano-transduction of sound waves into electrical signals. The development of the cochlea is regulated by the cellular and molecular processes, including cochlear outgrowth, cellular differentiation, and patterning. The precise coordination of multiple processes during the transformation of a flat embryonic epithelium into the cellular mosaic of the adult structure requires a multitude of transcription factors and signaling pathways. These regulatory networks dictate cell fate and timing decisions during cochlear development. Interestingly, these mechanisms operate as well during sensory epithelial cell regeneration after damage and during stem cell directed differentiation, making developmental studies instrumental for improving therapies for hearing impairment.

Liability in Labour Law

Thesis Title: Liability in Labour Law This diploma thesis deals with the issue of liability in labour law. The aim of the thesis is to evaluate the legal regulation of liability in selected areas in the light of current legal regulation as valid in Czech Republic. The thesis is divided into two key parts. The introduction chapters are devoted to the interpretation of generally used terms regarding the legal liability in labour law and also its specifications. This part of the thesis focuses also at the system of prevention, including responsibilities of employers and employees during its execution, and at basic functions of labour law with focal point on the protection function that pervades the whole system of labour law. The conclusion of this first half deals with the summary of current legal regulation of employer's and employee's liability in Czech labour law. The detailed analysis of selected topics, in the view of labour law, is presented in the second part of the thesis. These include remote work, home office and job sharing. In case of remote work and home office we speak about flexible forms of work performance. Despite the popularity and rich use of these abovementioned forms, they are almost omitted by the legislator. A creation of a holiday package to the Dodecanese Islands

The aim of the bachelor thesis is to create a 10 day holiday package around Rhode Island, Kos Island, Nisyros Island and Patmos Island. The main task of the thesis is to organize the right combination of air transport, sea transport and road transport. The thesis is divided into 3 chapters. The first chapter explains the basic terms of tourism as holiday package, travel agency or different types of services. The second chapter introduces the beauty and the diversity of the Dodecanese Islands from the point of their historical monuments and natural sights. In the last chapter is created the holiday package itself including a 10 day itinerary and calculation of the holiday package.

Proposal of establishment of an outdoor geological expositions near the village Kozolupy
PROCHÁZKOVÁ, Šárka
Diploma work, the proposal of establishment of an outdoor geological expositions near the village Kozolupy deals with characteristics of the place where the exhibition has to be established, natural conditions, geological history of the place and other tourist destinations of the area. Further work characterizes geoparks and issues associated with them and indicates the difference between geoparks and geological exposition, there is also provided a particular example. In next part of the work there are rocks selected for the exhibition, their description and geological characteristics of the area where it came from. This theoretical part follows the practical one. Here is described everything needful concerning the location of geological exposition in the attachment there are exhibition plans and photographs of the park, where exposition is to be located. There are also particular proposals of information boards. Last but not least, work is drawing up the budget. Diploma work concludes proposal of excursions to interesting locations with the visit of the exposition. This Master thesis was created as a part project GA JU 065/2010/S.
