Hydrobiological monitoring of Lake Medard in 2020.
Peterka, Jiří ; Hejzlar, Josef ; Nedoma, Jiří ; Znachor, Petr ; Seďa, Jaromír
The aim of this report is to summarize the results achieved in 2020 and make recommendations for further monitoring. The year 2020 was the third year after the full filling of the lake. The lake ecosystem has reached a final state in terms of hydrological regime and nutrient load, which is characterized by very low water turnover, low trophic state with low productivity of planktonic communities, development of submerged macrovegetation in littoral areas and specific seasonal changes in chemistry and biological parameters. However, the aquatic ecosystem is far from being stabilized and the biological communities of the littoral and the open water areas, including the fish community, are still changing considerably from year to year.
Complex survey of the fish stock of Lake Most in 2020.
Peterka, Jiří
Aim of the complex ichthyological survey of Lake Most was to map the current state and succession of lake’s fish stock with particular emphasis put on abundance and biomass estimates of all fish species, evaluation of possible risks to the further development of the fish stock and recommendations for the lake management. Summarization of achieved results and recommendations for further monitoring are included in the presented report.
Methodology of predatory fish quantification in reservoirs and lakes.
Blabolil, Petr ; Jůza, Tomáš ; Vašek, Mojmír ; Peterka, Jiří
The publication contains an evaluation of surveying 36 reservoirs and artificial lakes in the years 1985–2020 in different parts of the Czech Republic by four sampling methods, which are further divided according to the sampling environment, daily periods and targeted age groups of predatory fish. The methods are gillnets, seines, trawls and continuous boat electrofishing. The catchability, standardized and relative abundance of asp, pikeperch, pike and catfish are evaluated. Based on these data, the reader can decide which method to use to detect a particular predatory species and compare the results with the situation in other localities.
Results of extended research of the ichthyofauna of lakes Laka and Čertovo, including adjacent streams.
Blabolil, Petr ; Hlaváč, J. ; Hůda, J. ; Kolařík, Tomáš ; Kortan, D. ; Muška, Milan ; Peterka, Jiří ; Vrba, Jaroslav
The report describes the results of an ichthyofauna survey in two areas of the Šumava National Park, where catches were made by an electric generator in the spring of 2021. This is the first direct evidence of natural reproduction of brown trout in the parts previously heavily affected by acidification.

The report describes the results of a unique survey of the ichthyofauna in two areas of the Šumava National Park, where catches were made by an electric generator in the autumn of 2021.
Analysis of SLD DNS servers state
Šťastný, Petr ; Peterka, Jiří (advisor) ; Obdržálek, David (referee)
The publication contains a brief introduction into the system of domain names on the Internet (DNS) and into DNS protocol and its functioning. The main part is a methodology for systematic examination of a domain name and its name servers, offering criteria for checking validity of DNS records and functionality and availability of DNS servers. This methodology is then implemented as a web application that allows us to perform an on-line analysis of a domain name and the evaluation of discovered errors and other problems. The second part of the implementation is a tool for bulk analysis of large number of domain names, which was subsequently used for analysis of all domain names under TLD CZ; its short results are mentioned in the end of the work.
Safety risks of wireless networks
Vyskočil, Vladimír ; Raab, Jan (advisor) ; Peterka, Jiří (referee)
The aim of the work is to review security risks of potencial attacks upon wireless networks. To draw up detailed list and propose suffi cient methods for defend against them. Instruction, which would help to fast recognition type of an attack on given network together with instruction which would minimalize impact of these attacks on users, should be a part of the work.
Návrh a implementace systému PAC
Kalina, Petr ; Peterka, Jiří (advisor) ; Hanzlíček, Petr (referee)
PAC (Picture Archiving and Communication) systems enable for storage and management of digital picture data produced by various modalities on radiological and other hospital departments. An effective implementation of a PAC system has to face number of challenges - how the picture data and corresponding metadata are represented, how are they communicated, how the system integrates with other department or hospital subsystems, how the workflow and basic tasks are managed or how scalability, robustness and reliability is achieved. There are several industrial standards affecting this area - and all of them are quite complex. The aim of this work was to design and implement a PAC system that would be capable of long-term production use at PET center of Na Homolce hospital under existing requirements an limitations and that would be very standardized in respect to the existing industrial standards.

Peterka, Jiří ; Černá, Stanislava (advisor) ; Zahradníčková, Marie (referee)
1 Abstract Remuneration of members of governing bodies of joint-stock companies Remuneration of members of governing bodies of joint-stock companies is very topical. The aim of this thesis is to analyse the topic and its fundamental aspects, to compare legislation before and after the re-codification of Czech private law and to compare Czech and British law relating to remuneration. The first chapter defines the basic terms, aims and methodology of this thesis and describes relevant economic concepts (e.g. principal-agent problem, fragmentation of ownership of joint stock companies). The second chapter focuses on the issue of concurrent engagement as a director and as an employee of the company. This issue had been object of legal uncertainty in the past. The third chapter focuses on entitlement to remuneration. After the re-codification, the director is not entitled to remuneration unless otherwise stipulated by the parties. The right to be remunerated can be based on a service contract, internal directive or a resolution of the company. In certain cases, the member can be entitled to remuneration at the prevalent market rate. This is being compared in the thesis to the British regulation where decision-making about remuneration may be entrusted to the board of directors itself. On the other hand, the...
