Hydraulic drive of the CNS 730/190 MTC container shears

This work includes design of the drive hydraulic shears. The objective is to replace diesel-engine for electric motor. There is a description of the machine and its technological shearing process, types of hydraulic drives and their applications. The work includes the design, description and calculation of hydraulic power unit with an electric motor in two versions. Then there is evaluation of alternatives and select one to which they are processed further structural elements.

Press LKJP 630

Master’s thesis deals with the design of the drive of the press LKJP 630, the configuration is a fixed range by the construction of LKJP. The thesis was ordered by partnership with company ŽĎAS, which is introduced. The first part is devoted to analysis of solved problems, it primarily contains the overview on forming machines, used drives and a description of their main parts. The second part deals with the drive itself, there is accomplished the design and performed the strength analysis of the major parts of the drive. Drawing documentation and bill of materials are included.

Press LKDS 800

The present Master´s thesis deals with the concept of press drive of Blanking press LKDS 800 used for blanking in automatic blanking line. The first part of the thesis is dedicated to the individual arrangements of press drives and servo press drives and to the description of main components. The second part of this thesis deals with the structural design of the drive. Based on the computation of the crank mechanism, several design solutions were suggested. From these solutions, the option with the lowest drive height is selected. This option, offers the computation of the main drive, flywheel, spur gearing and clutch/brake combination. This computation is followed by computations of individual construction nodes, which include a design and dimensioning of the individual joggles, shafts and bearings. The drawing of the press and clutch shaft assemblies with a list of items are also included.

Dividing equipment for bars made of non-ferrous metals

The aim of this master´s thesis is to design solution of equipment for dividing rods of non-ferrous metals. The equipment is primarily meant for innovation of semi-finished product preparation in blacksmith's workshop. This master´s thesis mainly focused on design of individual mechanical components of alligator shears and their calculations. There are also solved dangerous places for operators and surroundings by using a safety analysis. The result of this master´s thesis is possibility of design mechanical part according to assignment.

QHZ 20 lifting turntable

This master’s thesis deals with the design of the new concept of lifting turntable QHZ 20. The main objective is to reduce the installation depth of table. Part of thesis is background research of individual components of the forging complex with hydraulic press CKW 25. It describes the current structure QHZ table, comparing the advantages and disadvantages of possible solutions of the table. The work also includes design, description and calculation of the chosen solution.

Workshop hydraulic press

This work deal with workshop hydraulic press to moulding heated rod blanks with the possibility of adjusting the main pressing cylinder depending on the operating technology. We analyze issues of design and calculation of the hydraulic circuit and the hydraulic, electrical and electro-hydraulic components. In the end we solve the elastic deformation analysis of the machine using the finite element method.
