Project tries to answer the question what place does municipal baths have in contemporary society on a specific case of baths with relationship to river and surrounding neighbourhood. This baths are a place for recreation and socialization with accent on social apects. Baths build on proven experience from local baths tradition (european/roman) as well as exotic (arabic, asian). In the same time it articulates them in contemporary language and adjusts them to conditions of contemporary society.

The proposal of the municipal baths is situated in Staré Brno. It´s closely of Trade fairs Brno and river Svratka. This proposal has tendence to design of function building in the relation of river Svratka and surrounding area.

The Municipal Baths

The City spa project is situated between a Hotel Voronez and the Svratka River on Porici street. It was designed to provide a pleasant environment for swimming, relaxation, recreation and sport. All happening is oriented inwards to internal atriums and on the island, which is located in the middle of the layout disposition among pools. There is also a cafe, shops, saunas, massage services and an outdoor pool situated on the second floor.

Multi-purpose Arena Brno

Multipurpose hall Brno- Arena is situated in Brno- Bosonohy with capacity 12.000 visitors and 20.000m2. retail. Composition of all area is contained the Mulltipurpose hall, the Training hall, one floor garage and parking. Walkable roof of garage and the Training hall serve as a dispersion area as well as a relaxation zone.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

The building was designed according to needs and limits of this location, that it responds to. Its functional content, shape and orientation all respect surrounding conditions. The shape of the object reacts on changing terrain and oriantation to the cardinal. The design offers living areas, an equipment for residents and plenty of recreation space. The complex tries to preserve local natural environment how it is possible and it was designed according to principles of sustainable development.

Residential Complex in Brno - Komín

Urban and architectural study of the residential complex in Brno Komín. Solved parcel is located in the city of Brno Komín nearby Palacky Hill, which was decisive for the design. Proposal are terraced houses surrounded by greenery and a terraced house with views of the surrounding area. The proposal arises visible and communication axis that defines the mass of houses and connects the area with the route to the top of Palacky Hill.
